Belle looked between every one, sort of shell shocked on how she should be reacting. It was just a lot of information to receive and try to process all at once. "Okay." she said, once everyone had said what they were going to about the subject. Tristan wasn't an awesome guy, but he was still a part of the same social grouping that the rest of them were. It sucked that he was gone, and she couldn't wrap her mind around why Ian would do this. Was it incredibly selfish of her to be slightly relieved that Ian was openly admitting to being responsible, thus taking the blame entirely off of her? Belle looked over at David. How was she supposed to justify that she was a normal teen when this was her life? Except it wasn't she was trying so hard to get away from it, and someone kept sucking her back in. Someone wanted to make sure that they were never able to move on with their lives, or would simply just end it for them. "David," she said, going over to him. She put her hand on his arm, rubbing it slightly as she focused her attention on him. "Are you alright?" she asked, feeling like those three little words weren't really worthy enough of the situation that they were all facing.

Ian made a slight face as he looked around the apartment. ".... Do you attend junk meets?" he said, lifting an eyebrow slightly before he looked at David. "All of our parents are prominent figures in the community..if you need a raise at the school, it wouldn't take much to get you one.... It seems like you have an in anyway," he said, lazily gesturing to Belle. He picked up one of the knick knacks before making a slight face and setting it down, sighing in annoyance at Lucy. "Lucille." he said sternly, looking over at her. "You know when a chicken gets its head cut off.. and the body just goes running around looking insane.... You need to calm down." he said, taking his jacket off. He looked around, unsure of where a clean place to set it was. He clenched his jaw, casting David a look before simply folding his jacket over his arm. " When in our lives have I ever done something that wasn't meticulously planned and coordinated? You have such little faith," he said, taking his phone back out to check for any further updates. "This wasn't the first time Tristan had drugged someone in my hotel. I had given him ample warning. He knew that the next time he did it meant he would dead. I made that very clear... " he said, taking in a breath. "So quite frankly, all we need to do is continue living life normally. The surveillance tapes from the hotel have been taken care of. Mr. Greyson, there's no proof you were at the hotel that night. Staff has been paid adequately for their loyalty.... This wouldn't be the first time they have kept a secret in the name of employment and payment. And I have a driver who swears that he drove Belle and Lucy back to Luc's place last night. And I have my own alibi.. as always. So... no one saw anything.. no one heard anything... got it?"

David paced a few times, nodding at what Ian was saying. Yeah, David could stay quiet about his involvement in this murder, he'd be glad to. He was almost half wondering if he should be concerned for himself or the rest of them. If one of them crossed Ian, maybe he'd kill them, David didn't know this kid's life, he was beginning to sound more and more like a crazy person. Maybe they were all going a little crazy. "Okay, yeah. We'll all just stay quiet about it." Belle had come over, asking if he was okay. David shook his head, letting out his breath, "It is a lot to take in, I'll admit that." Though at this point I wouldn't suppose we had much of a choice otherwise. David shrugged, pulling Belle against his chest and wrapped his arms around her. He wasn't sure if this was more for her sake or his own. He also didn't really care about their little secret among their small group here. Lucy wasn't going to tell anyone about their relationship, and David kind of assumed Ian really didn't care at all.

Lucy kept her arms crossed, watching out the window wanting to be anywhere but where she currently was. She loved Belle dearly but she and David were in that honeymoon phase and Lucy honestly wanted to be anywhere other than in the same room as Ian at the moment. She was tired of having to keep track of so many secrets, and who knew which ones. She was tired of not being able to be her age and worry about trivial teenage things rather than murder and stalkers and who even knew what else they would probably end up dealing with. Though truthfully Lucy had never acted her age in her life. She was also tired of Ian's comments, always making her feel like she was overreacting or needed to stop being so over dramatic, as if he hadn't just killed a person. What was the most concerning to her, and this was almost the thing that she disliked the most, was for some stupid fucking reason, apparently not even killing someone lessened her attraction to him. That made her wonder more about her own morals and sense of what was okay and what wasn't. With his seeming lack of remorse coupled with his ability to make her feel like shit at the drop of a hat, was he really even worth a tiny moment like the one in the elevator? It occurred to Lucy that she was probably just as screwed up for even hanging on to whatever imaginary thing she thought they had going. She really could use a glass of wine, she wondered if David had any. As she watched the street below she saw Headmistress Harris who had glanced up at David's apartment window as she quickly trekked along the sidewalk. Lucy jumped back out of sight, obviously not wanting to be seen. "David, you didn't invite Headmistress Harris over and forget to mention it, did you?" David replied confused from across the room, "What? No, why would I invite her over..." Lucy huffed, leaning back over the window to peak down at the front steps where Ms. Harris was entering David's building, "I don't know, I don't know your life." She turned back around, throwing her thumb toward the street over her shoulder, "But she just came inside your building."

Belle clung tightly to David when he pulled her to her chest and found herself resting her cheek against his shoulder. It wasn't until this moment that she became very aware that she was wearing just his t-shirt. Here was Lucy dressed to the nines, and Belle was lounging around in simply a t-shirt that wasn't even in her own. Maybe it should bother her that her friends were so used to this scenario that they didn't even bat an eye, but she decided to credit it to the fact that they seemed to have more pressing things on their minds. She made a curious expression as she was listening to some of the conversation. "Who else did Tristan drug?" Belle questioned. Because murder was certainly a dramatic course of action. Sure, he had messed with Belle.. one of Ian's "acquaintances,". But if it was his second warning, who was this other person that had warranted Ian feeling justified in murdering someone? Belle moved her attention from Ian to Lucy as she started saying that the headmistress was coming up. "But I don't have clothes," she said with her eyebrows raised. Judging by the look on Ian's face, she knew that was the wrong thing to say. "Right. None of us should be here anyway, that's the important thing." she said. Belle stood on her toes, giving David a very quick kiss before she took Lucy's hand and pulled her into David's bedroom.

At least Mr. Greyson seemed to be on board with keeping everything quiet. It was in everyone's best interest really. It didn't take much to be able to help himself sleep at night, but Ian so little to no issue in taking the life of someone who felt that it was alright to drug women to sleep with them. That wasn't taking a life. That was protecting the people that were in his. He looked over at David and Belle, casting no more than a glance before looking back down at his phone. Maybe some people found that interesting. He would wait to get invested with this relationship until he stuck around longer than the others. He looked over at Lucy as she made mention of the Headmistress making her way over. "Can the damn monkeys not stay in the zoo for one fucking day," he muttered to himself. It was hard enough trying to coordinate everything without everyone getting up and moving around in directions where they were not supposed to go. Ian gestured around the apartment, "Ask for a raise," he said, following the girls into the bedroom. He looked around, moving when Belle rolled her eyes at him and shut the double french doors. He lift his eyebrow, moving Belle's bra off of a chair so that he could sit down. "Tell me why this feels familiar," he said sarcastically to Belle, flinching slightly when she punched him in the shoulder and told him to be quiet.

David didn't know why his boss was showing up at his place but he had a feeling it would be more of a pain in the ass than anything. He sighed as the other three moved into his bedroom and shut the door quietly as David heard a knock on the door. he doubled back quickly and moved Belle's shoes out of sight under the couch before going to open the door. not that he thought she would see them and assume they belonged to Belle but there was something about having a woman's shoes in his living room when his boss came in that didn't sit right with him. David opened the door, feigning surprise, "Ms. Harris, what a surprise, what brings you over?" She sighed, "Well I was in the neighborhood and I thought it might be okay to check in on you. I trust you've been watching the news," she added and David nodded, moving aside, "Please come in." She came inside, glancing around quickly and David offered her something to drink. "Oh, water please. Thank you. I hope I'm not over stepping my bounds I just- this is the second death within a couple of months, both your students." She frowned sadly, seating herself on the couch. David nodded, taking a seat in the armchair by the fire place where he had a great view of his bedroom doors, "yes well, I'm definitely a little in shock." That was an understatement, "you might know better than I do, was he... troubled?" She quipped back, sighing once more, "Well you know, they're all troubled in some way or another. I think we mentioned this when you were hired, with that much privilege comes greater problems. It comes with the territory with these students of... influential families." David nodded, hoping the others could manage to stay quiet until he could get her out of here. "I hope these tragic events haven't influenced your decision to continue teaching at our school, I myself haven't seen back to back tragedies with students like this in most of career. Is there... anything I can do to lighten the mood in your classes this week? We will, of course, have a grief counselor on campus, for as long as needed. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything more I could be doing."

Lucy stood perfectly still behind the french doors, not wanting to sit on the bed and Ian having sat in the other other chair. She listened carefully, getting a grasp on why Ms. Harris had shown up in the first place. It seemed she was just concerned with David being a new teacher and all, how he was coping with his students who had an affinity for dying. Ms. Harris mentioned to David that with rich kids came bigger problems, basically, Lucy looking at Belle and rolled her eyes. The woman seriously had no fucking idea. She could hear David responding to her questions, saying that he would try to carry on class as normal, with a sensitivity to the situation of course. She heard him ask, "Is there anymore news on the other deaths, Brad? And the other one, the girl... from last year?" Lucy raised her eyebrows, okay. That's good, fish for some info. Ms. Harris had hesitated slightly and then said, "Well, between you and me, I don't know why they reopened her case, Tiffany's. I think they got an anonymous tip that it wasn't an accident, but I don't know what proof they are trying to go on. They should just let the family grieve in peace." She paused, Lucy could hear David chime in with mmm, as if he were saying, yes I see. "Brad however, bless his heart, I think it's been widely accepted that he took his own life, but his toxicology report came back. I don't know the details exactly, just that they questioning a few things. I don't think anything will come of it." David replied, "Oh? Do they think he didn't do it to himself?" "I can't really say. I'm uh... dating someone in the department. If I play my cards right he sometimes tells me things," she chuckled slightly, Lucy made a face. "But," she continued, seemingly enjoying knowing so much insider information, "I do know it wasn't any... common recreational drug the kids are doing these days. Just a little red flag, they'll look into it. i'm sure it's nothing though." Lucy looked around at Belle and Ian, wondering how they could get there hands on that toxicology report. What kind of uncommon drug was Brad on anyways? David sounded like he had stood up, "Well, I truly appreciate the concern and stopping by, that's very thoughtful. I was just considering going out for a bite to eat, I need some uh, fresh air after all this. I need to regroup before class on Monday." "Oh of course, I won't keep you any longer." Lucy let out a relieved breath as it seemed Ms. Harris was leaving. After David shut the door behind her he waited until she had gone down the stairs before saying, "Alright, I'd think it's safe to come out." Lucy opened the door and stepped into the living room, deep in thought. She wondered if they should think anything more of Brad's death not being a suicide after all.

Ian kept his head turned toward the doors, listening for anything that might be of value to them. It wasn't ideal to have David be the one prying for information, but he wasn't entirely useless. When he heard something about toxicology reports being ran, Ian immediately started typing on his phone. He stood when the girls did, making his way out of the bedroom when David gave the all clear. He moved past the three of them, picking up his phone and calling the local police station to talk to one of the men that he frequently hired. He could tell that the three of them were talking, causing him to move into the kitchen to continue his conversation. After a few moments he returned, sliding his phone in his pocket. "Wasn't coke, meth, heroin.. any of the stuff we're used to hearing about our parties," he said, scratching his thumb over his eyebrow. "We gotta talk to someone who deals with this sort of stuff." he said, looking at David to clarify. "Drugs aren't really in Lucille and I's world of knowledge." he said, looking over at Belle and giving a sigh. "And sorry love, but considering it's not pot or cocaine.. You have no idea either." he said, looking over at Lucy. "We need to talk to someone who knows about the drug deals going on in this town."

Belle finally stepped out of David' bedroom, having found her pair of skinny jeans that she had left over previously and put those on so she didn't feel so naked around every one. "You did great," she said, smiling at David and tried to rub her hand on his arm in a comforting manner. Belle took in a deep breath, looking at Lucy but quickly moved out of Ian's way since he seemed to make a point of her being in his path. "Okay so... Tiffany's case is opened. They're going to find out I killed her. They're going to find out that I pushed her. And somehow they are going to connect this to Brad. And now Ian has killed Tristan." she said, bringing her thumb up to her lips and biting at her nail nervously. She looked over her shoulder as Ian came back, listening to him talk about drugs. She rolled her eyes when he made his comment about pot and cocaine to her, making her look at David and shake her head. That was not her world anymore. "You need Sebastian," Belle said pointedly, looking at Lucy and Ian like there was no other option. "Look, I get that you want to leave him out of it. But no one knows the drug deals in this city like Sebastian Astor."
