Mandi sighed as she stood outside of Andre’s door, knocking for the thousandth time. He must have been extremely passed out. “ Andre!” she yelled out again, hoping he would hear her. “ Damnit,” she cursed under her breath. She dropped her purse to the ground before she knelt down and set the two coffee’s down by her purse, digging through to find her wallet and locate a credit card. She took out a credit card she hardly ever used and stood back up, looking at the handle on his door. She slid her card into it carefully, making sure to maneuver it around the lock. Once it was in place she slid it down quickly so that it pushed past the little button that was used as a release inside of locks and smiled satisfactorily as she turned the door knob and pushed the door open. Mandi tossed her credit card back into her purse before she picked up the coffee and her purse, carrying everything inside and shutting the door with her foot. “ You better be dead,” she said in a sing-song voice, hinting that it was the only reasonable reason for leaving her out there for so long. Mandi carried the two starbucks coffee’s to his room and set them down on his computer desk, smiling as she watched him sleeping. “ Oh my god you are so lazy,” she said under her breath before she crawled onto his bed. “ Hey!” she said, smacking his arm as she sat over his hips and looked down at him, lifting her eyebrow as she gave a soft smile. “ You promised me we would study today. I brought coffee.. and here you are…sleeping your day away. You won’t get by on your good looks alone forever you know. Eventually someone is going to expect you to have a brain. And when they realize that the brain cell in your beautiful head is lonely, they’re going to be very disappointed,” she said, placing her hands around his cheeks before she leaned down to kiss him. She leaned away from him and smiled, though she kept sitting over his hips. She took her hands off of his chest to reach up and take off her cardigan. It was starting to get just chilly enough to start to need to wear it, but since she was indoors now there wasn’t a point to it. She pouted out her bottom lip to him as she looked down at him. “ Study with me. You don’t want me to fail out of being pre-law.”. she said before she smiled slightly while looking down at him. After partying all night, when he should've been at his place studying, he came home little before seven. He threw his clothes in the chair, tossed his phone on the nightstand, and went to sleep in his boxers. Andre was passed, forgot that Mandi was coming over to study, which clearly he did not do. He was out enjoying time of his life like there wasn't anything else he gotta do. Andre didn't hear all those knocks or the yell from Mandi; if he was awake and didn't answer the door he was sure that he was going to be dead meat. Then again, he's going to be dead meat since he's sleeping and not answering the door. He doesn't know what he's going to get himself into when she's around. Andre had changed his ways somewhat since he met Mandi, only him flirting with girls not the whole partying down thing. Now, his main goal is to butter Mandi up.
He was having a dream about him and Mandi on their date, where both of them were dressed in formal and talking about anything. Andre didn't open his eyes when he felt someone sitting on his hips, smack his arm, along with the smell of a sweet perfume and coffee. "Am I in heaven?" He said with a smile on his face when he heard her talk. Slowly he opened his eyes to see none the less, Mandi Collins, sitting on top of him. Andre jumped, pulled his blanket to over his chest like he was a girl. Hen was confused on how she got into his place and how she knew where he lived too. "How the fuck did you get in? Don't you know anything about privacy, coming to a guy's place and sitting on top of him like you're about to sex him up?" Andre doesn't remember ever giving his address to her, what he remembers is giving her his phone number after their class. Damn! I totally forgot that she was coming over. What the hell was I thinking for going out last night! He shook his head and snapped when he saw his clothes on his chair then back at her to see if she noticed how his room is tad dirty.
What really really shocked him was when Mandi leaned in and kissed him. He sat up, placing his hand under her chin then on her forehead to check if she had fever. Nope. "Uh...how many drinks did you have? You don't have a fever. Maybe your screws needs to be tighten again." Andre want to have his fun and take the opportunity to kiss her and actually have sex with her. He leaned towards Mandi, his hands on her hips, closed his eyes....instead of going for the kiss he picked Mandi up and set her on the other side of the bed before getting up. He turned around to see Mandi with a smile on his face and shook his head. "Of course not. Why would I want you to fail?" Andre made his way to the bathroom down the hall, brushed his teeth, washed his face, and grabbed a pair of sweats and a t-shirt that was in the bathroom. He fixed his hair before opening the door and walking back to his room, he picked up his cup of coffee then grabbed his clothes and threw it in the coloring hamper to wash. Taking a sip of his coffee, he made 'mmm' sound then looked at Mandi. "Thanks for the coffee. Now let's go in the library and study. It's just down the hall." He offered his hand to Mandi for her to take. He kissed her cheek before leading the way to the library.

Mandi lifted her eyebrow at him and tried not to laugh at his confusion. “ One, I know where you live. Dumbass. Two, you should really look at your security system. If a girl my size can break in with just a credit card there’s no telling what on earth other people are capable of, and three, if you were a little nicer to me, I probably would ‘sex you up’. ”. She made a confused face and frowned as he placed his hand on her forehead to check for a fever of any sort. He looked like he was going to kiss her again, which frankly after the way he had woken up she wasn’t sure she would be kosher with, when he picked her up and set her on the opposite side of the bed. She rolled her eyes and smiled, waiting for him to change so they could go study. She laid back against his headboard and sighed, waiting for him to finish and since the water was running she knew he was probably brushing his teeth. “ Did you drink too much last night? You seem really weird..” she said, tilting her head towards the doorway to wait for him to come back through.
When Andre came back into the room and started leading her towards the library, she made a face at his choice of attire and stood in front of him. “ Sweat pants to the library, Andre?” she said, with a small laugh under her breath. “ Come on, I try hard to look nice for you. You can try a little for me. Come on,” she said happily, placing her hands against his chest and led him back towards his room. “ You drive me crazy sometimes,” she said playfully with a smile across her lips. “ I don’t even know why I’m dating you. What was the reason again?” she asked quizzically before she opened the door to his closet and started looking through some of his clothes to pull out something for him to wear, something she had done many times for Nate. After she picked out a few things she set them on the bed and looked back at Andre and smiled. “ There. Change…. Or do you need help with that too?” she said before she narrowed her eyes at him. “ Are you going to pretend I’m sick every time I try to kiss you or make a move?”. She asked, crossing her arms against her chest as she watched him.

Andre was little offended when Mandi called him dumbass but he just shrugged it off. He listened as she tales to him, of course half of it was going above his head. Andre's eyes widen when the girl that was in front of his eyes opened the door with her credit card. He wondered how many times she has done that in her life. But he answered to his question, more than few times. He looked dead in eyes and muttered, "you should be jail. I feel violated by a little girl." Andre said it how it was when someone just pops out of thin air in his place. He sometimes hated it when people do that to him. His sister was another story, though He has no clue where she is at the moment; he had forgotten that the school had started. That's something you don't need to know. He chuckled when he answered her question in his head and acted like he didn't hear the question on how much he drank last night. He does tell Mandi things though half the time he just thinks that it's best for her not to know.
Before he knew it he was back in his room, sitting on his bed, watching Mandi raid his closet for clothes. He looked at his clothes wondering why he needs to change when it's decent. "Are we studying or making it a fashion show? Seriously no one is going to see what I wear in here. And you'll look better if you're actually naked." Andre took his t-shirt off before he got up to walk where Mandi was, wrapped his arms around her waist, pulled her close to his chest, moved her hair aside with his hand and kissed her neck lightly. Using his hand, he got hold of her hand, turned her around, so that now she was facing him, placed her hand on his shoulder as he looked into her big brown eyes, losing himself. Andre started to imagine what he could do with her if he was on top of her without any clothes, just two bare skins touching each other. Quickly, he came back from that fantasy and let go of Mandi. "Well because you're different and well I have no idea that we're dating." He still doesn't know how he managed to date Mandi Collins when she's feisty, independent, and fights like she's Aries. Guess that's why she's attracted to him in the first place.
Andre sighed as he looked at his bed then back at Mandi. He honestly didn't want to change, he was comfortable in what he was. "Look here, I'm not changing and you can stop seducing me, it's not going to work. Now go grab your books, get your ass in the library and I'll go get us something to eat from the kitchen." Andre didn't like the tone he was using but he knew that he had to do what he had to do. As much as he wants to be in bed, cuddle with her, he doesn't want both of them failing, not that they're going to. He looked at Mandi once more then walked out of the door into the kitchen. He started to pop two breads in the toaster, cut some fruits, and stood there looking into his fridge trying to find something to eat.

After Andre kissed the side of her neck, Mandi stood quietly as he spoke to her and narrowed her eyebrows in thought. A smirk came across her lips as she realized that she didn't need to put up with this and certainly not for a guy that had a reputation as a player. After he said he wasn't going to change, which in all honesty was fine she just didn't appreciate the way he handled it. Mandi picked up her cup of coffee from his computer desk and made her way out to his kitchen where she saw him making toast. " Going to the library" she said curtly not finding any reason to be pleasant towards him anymore since he seemed to lack one for her. That was fine, there were other guys who would actually appreciate her. Mandi gave a half assed wave in his direction before she shut the door and headed down the hall, taking out her phone to call Hunter as she made her way towards the library.
" Hey babe, are you free for lunch?" she questioned, shouldering her messenger bag with her law books over her left shoulder. She had met Hunter at a baseball game where they kissed because of the kiss camera being on them. They'd hung out a few times since then and she really did enjoy spending time with him except she had sort of thought that she had feelings or Andre. But apparently that was one sided, and if he wanted to behave in a manner that suggested he had multiple options then she wasn't going to waste her time. In the past six months both of her parents had died, her brother had a daughter he didn't know about and then the same brother lost his memory. She wasn't mad about any of it persay but she wasn't going to cause any more stress in her life. She smiled as she listened to Hunter on the other end of the phone. " Well I have to study with Andre for a little bit but how about I come make you lunch at the fire station?". She smiled before she ended the conversation and headed into the library. After dropping her bag on the table she sat down and started pulling out her notebooks. She wasn't sure if Andre was still coming or not, but she had never been a girl that waited around on a guy before and she wasn't going to start doing that now.

As his reputation as a player and dating the girl he wanted since he saw her. But he knew that there was no excuse on how he behaved with Mandi inside his room. It wasn't him and if his sister finds out that about his behavior with the girl that he likes, then she'll get all hormonal on him. He doesn't want that to happen. When breads popped out of the toaster, he spread butter on it then sliced in the middle, placed it in a small plate, then went back placing fruits in another plate. He grabbed two plates before going to the library to apologize to Mandi. Andre heard Mandi's conversation on the phone, they way she was talking he knew that she wasn't talking to her brother or anyone of her friends. He just acted like he didn't know anything or heard anything as he followed her I side after couple of minutes. The library was his place during the day, more like afternoon, reading books and studying. Yeah, he doesn't look like the type of a guy who studies and everyone can't take him seriously half the time---he doesn't mind but it does tend to get annoying.
He placed a smile on his face like nothing was wrong and walking eight into the library. He set the plates down on the table, sat on the table and kissed Mandi lightly then looked at her. "I'm sorry of how I acted in the room. I didn't mean it how it came out, thanks for the coffee again. And I'm not that great with apologizes. I hope you forgive me." Andre wasn't good at apologizing in his while life, she was the first person who he apologized to. He leaned down kissed her crown then forehead then her lips for a passionate kiss. His hands were on her shoulders, playing with the strap of her top, slowly he lowered both of the strand to her arm and broke the kiss. "Hope you don't mind." He winked at her as he took her hand and pulled her up, making her stand. He locked his feet behind her, pulled her more closer to him and kissed her more. His hands found the end of her top, started play with it for little while then pulled it over her head and threw it somewhere. Andre wishes that he could fight more with his urge but he couldn't, he had it enough of it...fighting every cell in his body.

Mandi pushed her coffee off to the side to give her enough room for her LSAT Academic Prep book to be spread out on the table. She flipped open to the page she had left off on and took out her highlighter, ready to get back to work when Andre came back into the room. He had brought in food, which she wasn’t necessarily interested in now that she knew she was going to be having lunch with Hunter. But just as quickly as he had come into the room he was giving her a light kiss and then apologized for how he was acting. She sighed when he kissed her forehead and gave a small shrug of a shoulder. “There’s a difference between being feisty and being an ass,” she said, giving him a pointed look as she lifted her eyebrow at him. When he kissed her she felt herself lower her guard a little. As much as he had pissed her off, he still was pretty adorable and the way he just pulled her up out of her chair sort of made her heart skip. Mandi rested her hands around his neck, pulling herself closer to him to deepen the kiss She knew that she was letting her anger get overclouded by the way he was kissing her, but at this point it didn’t seem like there was really any reason to stop him.
As he lifted her shirt off and tossed it to the ground, Mandi placed her hands gently against his chest and pushed away from him. “ Just because you apologize, which I appreciate, does not by any means mean that you have set the mood. You were rude, Andre. I’m glad you’re sorry but I’m still angry and I’m pretty sure you don’t want me to sleep with you when I’m mad at you,” she said before she moved away from him and leaned down to pick her shirt up. Mandi pulled it back on quickly, pulling the fabric over her hips before she looked at Andre for a moment in a sideways glance. She pulled her chair out and sat back down behind her prep book, trying to focus on what sentence she had last left off on as she picked up her highlighter. It didn’t help that Andre was so capable of being distracting. She wanted to give into him in a lot of ways, but at the same time she wasn’t going to be like every other girl he’d had in his past, who probably gave into him because of how good looking he was. Mandi was stubborn and she knew it, but sometimes in life it just called for it and this was one of those times. “ Your toast is going to get cold,” she said, flipping a page in her book before she looked down to focus her attention back on her homework.

He apologized and tried to make his girl happy and do something right, but her being stubborn that she is, Andre isn't going to give up that easily. If he got her to go out with him, which was hard so making it up to her won't be that hard as it would be. He wants to the be great boyfriend to her, to prove to her that he has changed since the first time he had seen her. He took half slice of his toast, took a bite, chewed it and swallowed. He walked out of the room without a word, went to his room to grab his t-shirt, wore it then walked out of the room with his phone, backpack, and iPod. Going back to the library, he wales on the other side of the table, set everything on the table, pulling the books he needs along with highlighter, pencils, and pen. He thought what he was missing--notebook and a extra plate. He got the notebook out, set the backpack down on the floor and sighed.
Andre went back out to the kitchen, forgotten to give his dog, Boxer, his food. Getting the dog bowl and food for Boxer, he poured food and called for Boxer. Boxer came running from the living room, wagging his tail with a smile, Andre squat down to pet his dog and played with him for a moment or two before getting up to give Boxer his water bowl. Grabbing a plate and going inside, he looked at Mandi for a brief second from her behind then continued what he was to set out for. Not winning or pacifying her but to study. Andre pulled the chair, sat down and cracked open his Psych book. He took a sip of his coffee as he started reading the chapter, highlighting important things and writing notes on his notebook after every page to two. He didn't say anything since he was hooked on reading the chapter, writing---now and then he would look up to see Mandi who was busy also. Andre was used to girls that were easy yo get, but in Mandi's case it was totally different. It was like the opposite attract type of thing to him and he doesn't mind working on it. If he can change his style for his girlfriend then he can at least butter her up. It was a long shot, he knew that but it was worth the try.
Boxer walked in when he only had couple more pages till the chapter ended. He petted Boxer for a while, then went back finishing the chapter. When done, he scribbled down notes in his notebook, closed it then got up. He stretched a bit, relaxed his muscles, and smiled at his dog then Mandi. "I'm going in the balcony, want to join? Take a break. I know Box would love it if you came." Andre went where Mandi was sitting, hoping that she would come. Boxer sat next to Mandi's feet, looked up at her with his eyes wide. Andre loves his dog, he had rescued him when he started his sophomore year in college, since then Boxer is his life, now Boxer was spending time with his sister than him. Didn't bother him as long as Boxer gets to go out and roam around and not destroy anything.

Mandi turned in her chair, tossing her legs over the arm of the chair as she dropped her Constitutional Government book in her lap and flipped through to the chapter she needed. She hadn’t studied in so long, so she knew she needed to really buckle down for the next few days since she had exams coming up. Not to mention she was studying like crazy for her LSATs. She looked up every now and then, watching Andre study. It was sort of a shame that he was so attractive. There was something about him that kept her sticking around, just to see if he had a little bit more. Normally she wasn’t into the whole player thing, and really she wasn’t with him either. But he was cute, and he seemed to actually be trying, and every now and then he would do something that sort of made her heart melt. Then he’d go right back to the player business. She smiled before she looked back down at her law book, trying to find enough focus to get through her first paragraph.
A while later she had skipped ahead a few chapters and could tell that Andre was going to be taking a break soon by the way he paid attention to his dog. She folded the page of her book to save her place and nodded as he told her to take a break. But it was the puppy sitting down by her that won her heart over and convinced her to follow Andre. Mandi smiled and kneeled down, scratching Boxer behind his ears and hugging his body gently before she went back to petting him. After giving him attention for a few moments she stood up, remembering she had plans for the rest of the day and didn’t want to smell like a dog. Mandi patted him on the head and gestured for him to follow her out onto the balcony with Andre. Mandi stretched tiredly as the sun hit her and walked over to the railing, putting her hands up onto and pushing herself so that she was sitting on it. “ So what now?” she said, giving him a small smile. She was stuck somewhere between thinking about what her plans were for the rest of the day, to checking out Andre as he stood in front of her.
