Not all the time. Just right then you were. I can't believe we are fighting right now. You said Rosie is just as busy as me but its easy to hang out with her...well its easy to hang out with me. The only problem weve ever had was now, when you left New York. I think we should stay together. You stay in New York, since we already filmed the scenes with you. I'll be home soon and we can go back to the way we were. If it doesn't work out, then atleast we can say we tried. And no that's not what I was saying.

What are you suggesting? Cause I thought about her when I wasn't in New York obviously or else I wouldn't have wanted to call her right away.

Forget it Ethan. I can clearly see that you don't want to be with me anymore. I'm not going to keep saying that I want to be with you and I want to work this out because I can see I'm not going anywhere with you. You just come at me with more questions and doubt. I don't think about any other man like that. You are the only one.

If I wanted to break up with you I would've done it. But you're going to think whatever you want.

How do I have a naive view on the world?

Because love is about making sacrifices. You're going to play the victim card again, but I did make a sacrifice to be with you. And I'm glad I did. I'm glad I followed you. But recently I don't feel you've had to make many sacrifices. And I'm not talking about the sacrifices you've made in relationships to have your career. I'm talking about sacrifices you've made to keep your relationships. I'm going to really regret using this example, but.. look at Claire and Shane. Those two make no God damn sense and look at them. They give and take like it's their bloody job. She sacrifices rehearsals to fly across the country. Shane has left tour far more than he should just to come home. He doesn't miss shows, but he comes home. That's a sacrifice on his part. And if either of them is sad they fix it right then and there. Shane takes her to dance studios. Claire befriends his band so he can spend time with all of them instead of stretching himself too thin while she's there. They don't do this victim thing. They understand that along with love and happiness comes hard work, and that sacrifice is just a part of that, and that yeah. That includes some sadness sometimes. But the happiness is supposed to outweigh that and when you make me feel like my feelings aren't validated, it's going to lead to resentment.

I explained to you why I felt like a victim. I'm not going to play any card, I'm just being real and telling you how I feel..isn't that what we're doing? I told you how you were making me feel and you told me how you feel. And you're 100% right. I haven't had to make many sacrifices....for anything. Things have always seemed to work out...as selfish and as spoiled as that sounds. There isn't anything in the world I wouldn't do in order to make you happy...I was going to come home this weekend for your birthday, but I think that's out. I don't think I'm the person you wanna see right now.
