Noah slipped the cigarette between his lips, looking down both ends of the streets which were starting to become cluttered with girls sporting the latest of their fall shopping sprees. Season the pumpkin flavored everything. And those pretty little legs getting covered up. Shame. Noah took a drag from his cigarette before directing a wink at a group of girls as he stepped off a curb and made his way across the street. School was already being a pain in his ass and the semester had basically just started. One, homework was already piling up. Two, he was about one lecture away from kicking his English professors ass. And it had nothing to do with course work. Eli just had the kind of personality that needed to have his shit rocked. Not to mention Noah wasn’t exactly thrilled about the relationship between him and Kristen. But, apparently.. that was over. He wasn’t exactly sure how much of it had to do with him. And he wasn’t exactly sure if that meant that he himself wanted to be taken off the market. But here he was anyways, on his way to meet her. Noah made a slight face of annoyance as he had to discard of his cigarette before stepping into the coffee shop. Kristen looked like one of the girls who would be excited about the pumpkin spice latte. For himself he ordered a black coffee and set back on his way.
A little while later he was standing outside his door, using his elbow to ring the doorbell before he leaned against the wall near the entrance and gave a small sigh. Dating really wasn’t his thing. But wasn’t that basically what he and Kristen had been doing all this time? It just hadn’t been labeled due to the circumstances. He looked down at his watch before hearing the door open and looked up to smile at her. “ Ello, love” he said, before offering the pumpkin spice latte out to her. “ I hope you’re free for the afternoon. I figured we could go.. to a pumpkin patch,” he said, holding his breath at how terrible the words sounded coming out of his mouth. Not the dating type… at all. “ Might make it quick though, eh? I’ve got a meeting to make with Ashley and I’d hate for her knickers to get in a twist,” he said with a playful smile before he narrowed his eyes to let her know he was kidding. “Might I say.. you look particularly….radiant,” he said with a slight incline of his head before he stepped in to see her. And since he could, for the first time without the potential of getting slapped, he set his coffee down on the small table in the entrance before smiling down at her, clasping her small jawline into both of his hands as he leaned down to kiss her after brushing some of her bangs from her face.
