Natalia opened her freezer and smiled when she saw the Red Velvet Cake ice cream. She took it out and then open the fridge and took the apple juice out. Yeah, today was one of those days. Her hair was in a messy, but cute, bun and she didn't really feel like dressing up. A sweater, ripped jeans and some ankle boots was her choice of attire today, something easy and comfortable. And you know today was an off day when all Natalia wanted to do was sit on the couch, snuggled up with Floyd, eating ice cream and drinking apple juice. Those were her got to items when things got tough. "Floyd, baby." Natalia called out as she walked into the living room with her ice cream and juice. Natalia heard little paws running across the floor upstairs and then down the stairs and smiled when she saw Floyd come running over to her. He was just too cute. Natalia curled up on the couch and Floyd snuggled right up with her, he was the best. Natalia flipped through the channels and stopped at MTV, finally they were playing music videos. She hated watching all these reality shows all the time, that wasn't music. Natalia opened her ice cream and just watched the TV.

A carton of ice cream and a half a bottle of apple juice later, the number one music video was up. "This music video was released just a week ago and it has already shot up to number one. Here is When I Look At You by Natalia Richmond." Natalia felt her heart skip a beat as she watched her video come on. Number one? It was an honor...but why did it have to be this one? This video of all videos. Natalia's breathing got a little heavier as she felt her heart speed up. She couldn't even hear this song or watch the video without thinking about him; Ethan. Natalia felt her eyes tearing up and she brought Floyd closer to her. She kissed his head as she felt a tear roll down her cheek. Just then she heard the door open and quickly wiped her eyes, trying to hide the fact that she was crying. Natalia knew that it would be Claire, but she still didn't want anyone to know she was crying.

Claire turned her engine off before she took her keys out of the ignition and slid out of the car. She looked down at her outfit, adjusting her tank quickly before she pushed some of her hair behind her ear and headed up the stairs to Natalia’s front door. She’d talked very little to Ethan about what had happened, he’d pretty much closed himself off. Partly because there were only two people that he wanted to talk to about it, and one of them had nothing to say. Awesome. But whatever, she had a soft spot for Anthony for some reason where Ethan didn’t. She could get mad at him and hate him for five minutes, but obviously she still opened her home up to him, still spent time with him like he was one of her best friends. Which she supposed he was. Claire looked down at her keychain, separating Natalia’s housekey before she opened the door and stepped inside, “ Oh Flooooyddd” she called out, stepping inside, shutting the door with her hip. Claire looked down in her purse, digging through it as she made her way to Natalia’s living room, not bothering to take her heels off yet. Once she dug the puppy toy out of her purse she squeezed the stomach of the plush toy quickly, making it squeak before she came up behind the couch and held it in front of Floyd. “ Hi baby” she said, reaching both of her hands to scratch behind his ears and let him play with the toy. Claire dropped her purse behind the couch and leaned over, wrapping her arms around Natalia’s shoulders from behind and giving her a quick hug, popping her right foot into the air as she stayed standing on her left. “ Hi,” she said, moving one hand away from the hug to pick up the empty ice cream container. “ Joel told me to make sure you drowned in sorrow but not calories. He said you’d thank me later when your ass wasn’t flabby. And I’m not doing a direction quotation of what he actually said… because I’m a lady” she said, squeezing her arm around Natalia tightly.

Claire stepped away, going to the kitchen quickly to throw away the empty container before she got herself a bottle of water from the fridge and came back into the living room. She looked at the television, seeing Ethan and Natalia in a music video for The Last Song. Damn you Ethan for ruining a Nicholas Sparks movie for herself.. Claire narrowed her eyes slightly, picking up the remote, “ Look at that, number one… you got the jist of it, right?” she said, changing the channel and going through the apple tv selection on natalia’s tv until she found Elf and pressed play. Tis the season. Claire dropped the remote back on the couch and sat down, picking up the half empty jug of apple juice. Yeah.. that was definitely something she’d been craving lately. She frowned looking down at her stomach, but instead she shook the jug in Natalia’s direction. “ Really Natalia… hitting the juice pretty hard?” she shook her head, casting a look of mock seriousness as she clicked her tongue. “ And what will people say? You have young fans… and you’re gonna get Motts-drunk. Reckless. Irresponsible. “ she said before she placed the jug back on the coffee table. “ It’s better with shaved ice and a straw she said, finally sliding her heels off and steeling some of Natalia’s blanket from her and wiggled her legs underneath them. It seemed like soo much had happened. She was pregnant, Natalia and Ethan had broken up. She'd done her showcase for the academy, been taken to the hospital, and got signed to a company. Telling them she was pregnant had been nerve-wracking, but they were giving her six weeks to get in shape after labor. If that was possible. “ I’m glad you’re home,” she started off, turning her head against the back of the couch to look at Natalia. “ I thought I’d find Anthony out on your porchstep,” she said sarcastically before giving her a smile.
