Dex leaned against the kitchen counter, holding the bag of frozen peas to the side of his face as he sighed. He’d sort of had his face rocked tonight at work, though he wasn’t really willing to admit that to anyone outside of Gabe. He sat up, feeling his phone vibrate in his pocket before he pulled it out and did his best to read it with one functional eye at the moment. He figured Zoe and Felicia would be coming up, he just wasn’t sure when. He scrolled through his phone quickly before he held it to his ear. It would probably be best to order a pizza or two incase people got hungry. Too bad they couldn’t deliver beer. It was a Friday night, and most kids their age would be out at a party, living it up. But honestly he sort of enjoyed just spending nights in with just the four of them. He loved to party just as much as the next guy, but it got mundane. He looked up, hearing the window opening out on the ledge and knew that one or both of the girls were there. He pushed away from the counter, discarding his bag of frozen peas just incase it was Felicia crawling through the window. When he came out into the living room he smiled seeing Zoe. “ Hey Daisy Duke,” he grinned, gesturing to her outfit. “ Where are Luke and Bo? Hiding from Boss Hogg again?” he laughed to himself, wrapping his arms around her in a hug before he stepped back to take another look at her.
“ You guys can pick the movie this time,” he said, not even about to wage the fight that would occur. The girls would always support one another. There was no point in trying to take that ship down. “ How’s the boyfriend?” he asked, turning his head to look back at her before he sat down against the couch and laid his head back against the couch. “ Did he come to the masquerade with you?” Dex let a smirk come across his lips, thinking back to that night. How funny it was that he and Gabe knew things about that night that the girls didn’t. “ I never talked to you about it. Anything interesting happen?” Dex sat up slightly, trying to shake the headache that was coming back from a lack of him holding cold pressure to it. He smiled as Zoe picked out a movie and set it down on the coffee table. At least they wouldn’t debate forever about what to watch. He looked down at his phone. Wherever Felicia and Gabe were, it couldn’t take long for them to get there. Really he just wanted to lay down, but he also didn’t want to ruin the fun.

Zoe scrunched her nose as she gripped her fingers against the outside of Gabe and Dex’s window and pushed it open. She looked back over her shoulder at the fire escape that her and Felicia had climbed countless times, not to count the times that Dex and Gabe had climbed down it to come to their apartment. Zoe pushed some of her hair behind her ear before she bent down and slid her way into their living room. “ Hey” she said happily, placing both of her feet down on the ground. She might as well leave the window open since Felicia would be down soon. Zoe rolled her eyes as he mocked her with The Dukes Of Hazard comments. “ It was cuter earlier when I had more layers on, now I’m just lazy,” she said , squeezing him back tightly as he hugged her. She looked at his face, the new bruise slowly forming it’s way on the side of his face near his eyebrow and eye. Ouch. When he said she could pick the movie she smiled and walked over to his movie selection. It was November now. Christmas movies were acceptable. She bit the inside of her cheek before she came across Home Alone and took it off of the shelf, tossing it down on the coffee table. Zoe looked over at Dex as he asked about Anthony being her boyfriend and gave him a sarcastic smile. Anthony and her hadn’t exactly labeled anything yet. As far as she knew. Not that she didn’t want to, though some things had changed. Like her view on sex, and whether or not she wanted to wait till marriage. Which she’d decided she did. Instead of answering his question, she leaned down, pushing her finger against his bruise. “ Yeah? How’s that bruise?” she asked, lifting her eyebrow at him. “ Oh that’s right,” she said bringing her fingers up to do air quotes as she continued. “ It doesn’t hurt” she said, rolling her eyes as she dropped her arms. He never wanted to admit pain in front of Felicia. Whatever. “ But no, he didn’t. At least I don’t think he was there. Masquerade, remember. Masks. But I’m pretty sure he hung out with Faith that night. Though I’m not sure,” she said, giving a small shrug of her shoulder. Zoe watched Dex carefully as he asked about what had happened at the masquerade. What had happened? Well that was tricky. “ Why? What did you hear? Or see..” she said, narrowing her eyes at him skeptically. “ You know what I discovered? I’m a bad dancer. But the person I danced with taught me a thing or two. Here. I’ll show you,” Zoe reached over, smacking Dex’s leg so he would stand up. She walked over to their sound system, messing with it until it switched to the radio instead of playing cd’s. Zoe searched through a few stations before she stopped on a song that sounded pretty and made her way back over to where Dex was now standing, looking at her like he was waiting for instruction. “ Well don’t look at me like I’m a zombie, put your arms around me.” she said, shaking her head at him. Zoe held one hand out to the side before wrapping her other arm around his neck, she looked down at her feet. She tried moving a few steps but then laughed, “ Okay but hang on, cause he was leading and clearly I don’t know how to do that,” she said. ‘ Really? I thought you were doing so well” Dex said to her sarcastically, trying to do the steps even though he was laughing at her. Zoe laughed as she tried to move a few steps again, “ Fine, just spin me” she said, thinking he would spin her out to the side. So as she was trying to turn out to the side, he was trying to just spin her in place, causing her to trip over her own feet. Thankfully he caught her as she was falling to the ground, holding her securely around her waist, muttering under his breath about how she had two left feet but keeping his laughter all the same. Gabe climbed the stairs, his skin still glistening with sweat after practice. He had his hoodie thrown over his shoulder, being too hot to put it on, but he climbed the stairs anyways. Gabe never took the elevator. On his way up he texted Bailey, 'thanks for ditching me today'. Not that she probably cared anyways. To be honest it was really more of a fling. He knew Bailey didn't see it going anywhere, nor did Gabe really. Mostly physical stuff. And he liked dancing with her. She was wild that was for sure. Maybe too wild for Gabe. He however didn't really mind. He'd kind of been thinking about someone else lately. Zoe. It was interesting because they had dated back in Malibu, but when he'd came back out here they ended things. No hard feelings. It was really more of a bummer. Then Gabe had met Dex out here, became room mates. Living the dream, New York City. And then they got two new neighbors that lived right below them. And low and behold it was Zoe and Felicia. It was weird, first of all it had taken them a little bit to figure out they were neighbors. But ever since then Gabe had wondered if what ever spark they had in Malibu was still there. But he never got the chance. She had a boyfriend now. And Gabe had been 'dating' Bailey. Still, Zoe and Felicia had proven to be awesome downstairs neighbors. Lots of movies nights and conversations held out on the fire escape. But then there was the Halloween Masquerade. People in masks, dancing. Gabe went and found himself a pretty girl to dance with, who hadn't been very good, but then he'd noticed. That necklace the girl was wearing. It was Zoe's from her older brother. Gabe knew that. She was Zoe. Mask or not, he knew those big brown eyes.
Gabe never told Zoe is was him at the masquerade, the guy she had danced with, the guy who had kissed her. He just wanted to see if there was still something there. And he thought he had his answer. And from what Zoe had mentioned since then, she thought so too. It was still there, the spark. The feeling you get when you kiss someone and you forget everything for a second. Irregardless, Gabe didn't want to be the reason she ended things with that other guy. And Gabe had Bailey to figure out, though he didn't think there was anything to figure out. Gabe went inside the apartment, seeing Zoe trying to dance with Dex but just caught the end of her tripping over herself and Dex had to catch her. He laughed, "Hey guys," Yup. That was Zoe. Two left feet. Endearing, really. "Where's Felicia, late as per usual?" Gabe tossed his sweatshirt in his room and took his sweaty shirt off, tossing that aside too and then walked over to hug Zoe, "What are we watching?" Gabe headed to the bathroom, the one Dex didn't use since Dex's room had its own. "Hey, I gotta take a shower, we got any beer?" Gabe headed into the bathroom, shutting the door and took a quick shower. He was glad he was staying in tonight. He liked hanging out with his friends, genuine people. With a towel wrapped around him, Gabe left the bathroom, picking his cell phone up off the counter on his way to his room. No messages from Bailey.

Zoe laughed as Dex picked her up completely off the ground, holding her at her waist like she was weightless before he stood up straight and set her down. She pushed her hair behind her ear, looking over to the door. It had to be Gabe, because Felicia would just come up the fire escape after she got back from Ryan’s, stopped at their place and then headed over. “ Gabe,” she said happily, pulling the bottom of her tank top back over her hips as she smiled at him. “ Hi,” she said before coughing and trying to fix her hair, stepping away from Dex slightly. “ She just went to steal some beer from Ryan, she should be here soon,” she said, offering an explanation as to why Felicia was late. ‘ Home Alone’ Dex offered, answering what movie they were watching for the evening when Gabe asked since Zoe was clearly occupied with wrapping her arms around Gabe to return his hug happily, sweaty or not. Zoe sighed as she watched Gabe walk away and go to the bathroom to take a shower. Stupid Bailey. She ruined everything and Zoe hadn’t even met her. But she’d always been honest with Gabe, when they hung out, lounged on the couch, telling him what she wanted even if they couldn’t because of their situation. Once the door shut she wiggled her lips slowly in thought, before Dex’s annoying voice ended the silence. ‘ Gabe, Hi… oh look you’re all sweaty.. oh my..a shower you say? We could conserve water, sav- OW” he yelled out as Zoe punched him in the gut as she walked away from him.
Zoe walked into the kitchen, opening the fridge to take out the last beer left inside. She took out the bottle opener, taking the cap off before she tossed it on the counter and made her way to Gabe’s room. There’d be more beer when Felicia got there, but he’d probably been dancing all day. If he wanted a cold beer than he deserved one. Zoe went into his bedroom, setting the beer down on his nightstand by his bed before she walked further into his room. She smiled faintly, seeing the picture frame against his dresser as she made her way over. Zoe picked up the frame by one of the corners, touching the glass lightly as she looked down at the picture beneath it. You could see the fire reflecting his eyes, the red solo cup hanging lazily from his fingers with Zoe beside him on the beach while she was wearing one of his Boston sweatshirts, curled up with her arms around him and sitting up to kiss his cheek just as the picture was being taken. How was it possible that they had just ended things, then found themselves interested in other people. But Gabe was definitely interested in Bailey. They were all over each other. Which was strange to Zoe because when they had dated he’d never pressured her into anything, so she never thought sex was important to him. But how was she supposed to compete with some gorgeous girl who he was clearly sleeping with. She never told him how important he was, and that was her fault. She just never expected he would be in New York, too. She looked down at them, in the picture. They could be that happy with other people, it had to be possible. She never thought someone could make her feel that way again, but she had felt it at the masquerade. So it couldn’t be just him she felt that way with. It existed. Zoe puffed out her cheeks and sighed as she set it back down on the dresser. Whatever had happened that night at the masquerade must’ve been a fluke, but it was like she knew him. But that wasn’t possible. She turned her head to walk away before she stopped and looked back at the dresser, narrowing her eyebrows as she noticed the string hanging from the drawer like it had been closed on. Zoe picked up the end of the string that was sticking out, touching it for a few moments before she lowered her hands to his dresser, tempted to open it and see what the string was attached to.

Gabe took his phone with him to his room, thinking. It was funny how he would obviously much rather spend his evening with his friends then with Bailey, even though with Bailey they had that whole physical relationship. On his way to his room he passed Dex who had laid down on the couch. He took a hard hit, but he'd never admit it hurt. Gabe was probably the only one Dex didn't mind talking to about it, since Dex would never let Felicia know he was hurt or in pain. Gabe went in his room, holding the towel around himself and then stopped when he saw Zoe. She was standing by hi dresser where there was a picture of the two of them. He wondered what she was thinking. But he also noticed her checking out something, it looked like his masquerade mask. That he didn't want her to find. Thinking quickly, Gabe said, "So you were just trying to catch me when I got out of the shower weren't you?" he teased, walking in to the room and looked around for a pair of shorts, "hey I'm not gonna be mean and tell you to leave so, cover your eyes," he grinned, knowing she'd peek anyways. Finding a pair of shorts, he looked at Zoe who was 'covering' her eyes and dropped the towel, putting the shorts on. That was one way of keeping her from finding the mask and figuring out it was him all along. Just gotta distract her, not all that difficult.

Zoe let go of the string and shut the drawer to his dresser quickly as she heard him speaking, not that she had gotten very far with opening it in the first place. She turned around quickly, looking at him and then looking over her shoulder to make sure she hadn’t knocked anything over before she did a double take to look at him in his towel. Wait, he had asked something. Damnit. She lost her train of thought as she stared at him, trying to remember the last twenty seconds in her head. Finally she just smiled, giving a small shrug to whatever the hell he had said. She lifted her eyebrow and smiled as she realized that he was going to need to change. Who didn’t change in the bathroom? I mean, she didn’t but that’s because her bathroom was attached to her room. He had to walk out of the bathroom, and there was company. If he wanted to think she had stowed away in his room to check him out, he just as much was looking for an opportunity for her to see him walking from the bathroom to his room in just his towel. “ Telling me to turn around would be far more effective,” she said, lazily placing her hands over her eyes. “Well if I was stowing away in your room to wait to catch you in the towel, then… you were sort of trying to make it easy for me when you could’ve just changed in the bathroom… couldn’t you? You want to be looked at just as much as some people want to look at you, Gabriel,” or atleast, how she in particular wanted to look at him.
Zoe waited for a second, hearing the drop of his towel before she bit the side of her lip, moving just her forefinger away from her right eye in time to catch a glimpse of him. There was time for being a lady, and there was a time when there was a hot guy changing in front of you and all rules got thrown out the window. It wasn’t her fault. Zoe waited for a few more moments, giving him time to pull his shorts on before she dropped her hands from her face and smiled. She reached back, placing her hands against the dresser she was leaning against and pushed herself away. “ It really irks me that after Felicia holes up with Dex on the loveseat, that leaves me to have to sit by you.. especially when you’re so unfortunate looking” she said sarcastically as she made her way over to him. Zoe stood in front of him, looking down at his chest and the outlines of his stomach before she looked back into his eyes and smiled. “ Nice birthmark,” she whispered quietly, confirming whether or not she had peeked. Like there would be any question as to if she did. Zoe kissed his cheek before she lowered her hand to pick up the bottle of beer she had brought him by the neck. She took a drink from it as she walked out of his room, lingering in the doorway for just a second before her hand alone reached inside the room, grabbing his as she held onto it tightly to pull him into the hallway to follow her to the living room.

Felicia set her stuff down on the counter in hers ad Zoe's apartment and then headed to her room to change her clothes. She threw on an old pair of ripped up jeans and a tshirt for hr brother band and then grabbed a Pink zip up before grabbing the beer she'd nabbed from Ryan and headed out onto the fire escape in her socks. She never saw the sense in putting shoes on for going upstairs to Dex and Gabe's. As Felicia carefully opened the guys' window she didn't see Zoe or Gabe, but saw Dex lying on the couch. He looked like he'd taken a beating. She sighed, climbing gently through the window and walked over to the couch, setting the beer down and look down at him. Felicia kneeled down beside him on the floor, "Hi." She took his chin in her hand and turned his face towards her so she could look at the damage. A bruise forming, and his eye looked like it was messed up. She sighed, "That's a great look on you Dex." Felicia shook her head, reaching over to where she had set down the beers and grabbed him one. They were still cold having just been in Ryan's fridge and she opened hi one and handed it to him. "Where are Zoe, and Gabe, off pretending they don't wanna make out with each other?" Felicia stood up, leaving the beers in the fridge and saw the frozen peas in the kitchen. She sighed, picking them up and then came back, sitting down beside Dex where he was laying across the entirety of the couch and draped her long legs over his. Dex had kind of become an unexpected friend, but a good one at that. "Dex, here." She handed him the peas and knew he wouldn't take them. And he'd probably say he was fine and that it didn't even hurt. She didn't know why he lied to her of all people about it but she hated when he was hurt. She understood why he did it, he needed the money for college. But still. Zoe had come back into the living room and Feliica smiled, "Hi beautiful," and then Gabe came in after her. God they were so weird. Why didn't they just make out already.

Dex watched as Zoe made her way down the hallway to Gabe’s room. That was probably going to be trouble. He sighed, holding his hand back up to the side of his face before he looked back over at the couch, so tempting. He took a few steps over to it before he collapsed back onto the couch tiredly, closing his eyes. He could literally feel the throbbing on that side of his skull, but it wasn’t anything to complain about. The medical staff they had at all fights had cleared him to go home. He just couldn’t go to sleep for a few hours incase of a concussion. Plus his eye looked like it had been dipped in red dye or something with how much blood was coming to the surface of his eye from bruising. He heard Felicia speaking to him before he even realized she was in the apartment, and there she was turning his chin towards her so she could inspect his latest bruises. “ It’s not bad” he said after her smart comment about it looking good on him. “ It looks worse than it is,” he said, sitting up. He reached his hand out to take the beer as she offered it to him and smiled. “ Yeah… but it’s funny watching them make each other squirm, isn’t it?” he said, taking a drink from his beer before he set it down on the coffee table.
Dex watched Felicia as she sat down on the couch and laid her legs over him. He sat back, pulling her legs further against his lap so she could be more comfortable before he took the bag of peas from her. “ What, are you hungry?” he questioned, shaking the bag that had been placed against his face earlier in the evening. Dex tossed the bag onto the coffee table. “ It’s fine, honestly.” he said, bringing his hand up to the side of his face so he could poke it to show her that it didn’t hurt. But he was glad when Zoe came in to offer Felicia a small distraction, clenching his jaws at the pressure he had put on his bruise. He dropped his hand back over Felicia’s leg and looked up at Zoe and Dex. “ Well that was quick. No wonder she dumped your ass,” he said, giving a small grin before he leaned forward to pick up his beer. ” Make your ass useful and put the movie in,” he said, picking up the Home Alone movie before throwing it in Gabe’s direction. Dex leaned back, holding his beer in one hand and the other placed lazily against Felicia’s legs. The pizza would be here soon, but he was so comfortable with Felicia that he was sort of hoping one of the lovebirds could get up and get it themselves.

Gabe smiled, turning around to see her standing there watching him, "Oh sure, you love sitting by me. Good thing we're not watching a scary movie because I'd probably get my personal space all invaded, wouldn't I?" he teased. Gabe couldn't help but grin when she came closer to him, complimenting his birthmark. He knew she would look. And he'd still done it. That had to say something. "Yeah I thought you might think so." He watched her take the beer she had brought in thinking he'd apparently have to get one for himself now. He rolled his eyes, shaking his head but followed her to the living room anyways as she grabbed his hand and dragged him out there. He wold have put a shirt on but he couldn't grab one fast enough. He came out to the living room, catching the DVD and put it in the player, getting the movie all set up. After the movie started Gabe grabbed a beer that Felicia had brought over and sat down on the other couch, hitting play with the remote. He figured as horribly ugly as he was, Zoe would probably end up sitting beside him.

Zoe smiled as she came into the living room and saw that Felicia had already made her way into the apartment. “ Hey,” she grinned, giving a small wave to her goddess of a roommate. She walked past Gabe as Dex through the movie at him, making her way to get a blanket when she noticed the frozen peas sitting on the coffee table. Apparently Felicia had taken over her nursing duties with no effect. Why did Dex even are what Felicia thought. And why did she care enough to try and nurse him when she knew he wouldn’t listen to her. Zoe yawned as she watched everyone, sliding out of her cowboy boots quickly before she made her way to the guys kitchen. After digging through their cabinets she found the movie theater popcorn and put it into the microwave. She tapped her fingers against the counter, wondering if she should try talking to Anthony. Or if she should just go with the whole not talking to each other thing. Gabe was doing plenty of ‘talking’ with Bailey. Zoe puffed out her cheeks and sighed, waiting for the popcorn to finish and focus on something besides how her lovelife was going down the toilet. Maybe she should just show up at Anthony’s place. She wasn’t playing a game with him. It was something she took seriously, and she wanted it to be special. Maybe Anthony was the right guy she was supposed to share it with, and she just strung him along. She just needed to let him seal the deal. She didn’t mean to play games, she was just nervous. But maybe she should just do it and get it over with. There was a chance that it wasn’t supposed to be as special as she built it up in her head. The microwave went off, snapping her out of her thoughts. But at that point, she already knew what she needed to do. She didn’t want guys to just start leaving her without giving her a chance, because she was ‘playing a game’. So that was it. She just needed to find someone to sleep with and get it over with.
Zoe took the popcorn out of the microwave and set it in a bowl before she made her way out to the living room. “ Guys.. I’ve made a decision” she said, pointing her finger out as she held a few popcorn in her hand. “ It’s come to my attention that I treat my virtue as a game. And there’s no classy way to say this so I’m just gonna lay it out there… I’m gonna have to sleep with someone in order to keep anyone around. Obviously can’t sleep with Gabe cause he’s in a relationship with ..whats her name? And Dex that’s just… disgusting. And Felicia and I can’t sleep together. Cause we aren’t living in a highschool freshman’s fantasy. I’ll accept applications for any random men we know.” she said, stepping onto the couch by Gabe before she sat down and crossed her legs, setting the bowl of popcorn in Gabe’s lap. “ So just keep that in mind… with your male acquaintances and friends. Start questioning yourself,.. about who can just get this done with, with me” she said, before she reached forward and pressed play on the remote to start the movie. She looked back over her shoulder and smiled at Gabe, leaning over him to get the blanket on the side of the couch before she kissed his cheek and laid it out over them. Zoe took some more popcorn , eating a handful and throwing some at Felicia and Dex.

Felicia smiled to herself when she saw Zoe come out with Gabe, sometimes she just wondered not if that was going to happen, but when. It had already happened once, so obviously they were attracted to each other, it was just waiting on timing. They both had other people they were kind of seeing. Felicia liked no having to worry about it, she liked no pressure situations. She liked guys, and yeah guys had shown interest in but she wasn't looking for all that confusing stuff that sometimes came with guys. Like who was the right guy for being your first, and if he was worth it, and is he being truthful and all that. Zoe hadn't even been involved with Anthony for that long and already he was just creating problems, confusing Zoe, making her question herself and what she wanted for herself. Felicia sighed, she didn't need some problem causing guy, she had guys like her brother and his friends, and Joel and Lance, and Gabe, and Dex. These were guys she felt comfortable around, guys she knew would never hurt her. Like Gabe and Dex, especially Dex, she and Zoe had met them and not expected much out of it but now here they were with a couple of really dependable guy friends that Felicia completely trusted. They never made her feel like she was being hit on or looked at like just another piece of ass. And spent so much time flirting with Zoe, Felicia often found herself with Dex, and he'd always made her feel comfortable. They always kind of had a mutual understanding of each other. Like, they never really had to say it out loud what they might be thinking. Felicia knew his face probably hurt like hell. But she'd let him pretend it didn't. That's just what they did. She sighed, laying down on Dex's chest, resting her head there and let her arm wrap loosely around him. Whatever, next to Zoe he was like her best friend.
When Zoe cam in and made her statement about losing her V card to any guy just to get it over with Felicia furrowed her eyebrows and sat up, "Zoe that's ridiculous, just because one guy is a jack ass. Don't do something you'll regret. So help me, if you go through with that plan i will beat you myself," she laughed, dodging the popcorn, putting her arm up in defense. Felicia picked up some of it that landed on her leg, reaching over and put it in Dex's mouth, smiling. The movie had started, and Felicia laid back down on Dex, quoting the movie with out thinking about it. She'd seen this movie a lot of times, childhood favorite. "Pack? My suitcase?" She said quietly. She needed a beer. Otherwise she was going to watch this movie lazily and fall asleep.

Dex made a face at Gabe as he continued to walk around shirtless. “ What are you Matthew McConaughey?” he questioned, shaking his head at his best friend. Him and Gabe couldn’t be more different from the outside looking in. Gabe liked to dance, and was damn good at it. Dex was a fighter, and would woop anyones ass when it came to his best friends. So he was a little hot headed, who wasn’t? But it was strange because Felicia was probably the most in your face between the two girls, and he never lost his cool with her. She just got him. He looked over the couch as Zoe went into the kitchen and looked over at Gabe. ‘ Seriously dude? How long are Felicia and I going to have to tune in to The Waiting Game. At least give us some spoiler alerts,” he said, giving a disappointed shake of his head. Dex moved his arm as Felicia laid against him and wrapped his arm around her. It was lame and there was no reason for it, but cuddling just made him feel better, or at least made him forget about the throbbing inside his skull. He smiled as he looked down at her, probably more tired than she was letting on. Wouldn’t be the first time she’d fallen asleep on their couch.
Dex lifted his beer to his lips and took a drink as Zoe came back into the living room, pronouncing how she was going to ‘give it away’. Literally. Dex choked on his beer from laughter, looking in Gabe’s direction. “ Spoiler alert,” he said sarcastically, throwing a wink at his best friend before he looked back down at Felicia. Engage best friend the pitbull. It was adorable how protective of each other these girls could be. Though Felicia was probably more of a threat to others than Zoe was. He chuckled after her little speech and looked back at Zoe. “ Look I don’t know if it’s supposed to be “special” or not. But it is yours. So you can make it be whatever you want it to be. It’s not about anyone else. It’s about what you want. “ he said , just in time to get popcorn placed into his mouth. He smiled, biting gently against Felicia ‘s fingers before he tilted his head back to chew on the popcorn. After the movie had started, Dex grinned at hearing Felicia quoting the movie. “ You need to occupy that thing” he said, gesturing to her mouth before he leaned forward and grabbed her a beer. Dex opened it quickly before he pulled a blanket over them, offering her the beer. She had a comfy place to lay, a beer, sooner or later she was going to fall asleep. She might as well be comfortable doing it.

Gabe sat down, shaking his head at Dex, but let his head fall back on the couch and rubbed his hands over his face, "I don't know man," he said. He didn't know how long this flirtation was going to carry on. Gabe sighed, waiting for the movie to start and looked over at Dex and Felicia. Seriously? When were they just gonna make out already? Gabe didn't care how good of friends you were, friends didn't get that comfortable with one another. That right there was something waiting to happen. When Zoe came back and sat down, telling them about how she was gonna just give away, Gabe just shook his head at Dex. Spoiler alert? He didn't think so. And that there was a subject Gabe wasn't touching. He didn't even need to, Felicia did the whole best friend thing and Dex actually said something meaningful, which was quite nice. Gabe just smiled. But they were both right, just because Anthony had made her feel like her feelings about sex were stupid, and it absolutely was hers alone, so really she could do whatever she wanted. And no one was really allowed to judge her. Gabe himself obviously wasn't a virgin but he hadn't just thrown it away either. He didn't think anyone should really just 'throw it away' if they could help it. He watched the exchange between his friends, holding the popcorn on his lap, and laying his arm along the back of the couch behind Zoe. Felicia was laying on Dex and feeding him popcorn while he just kept giving her beer and she lazily quoted the movie while she practically fell asleep. They were so obvious. And in denial.
After the movie was over, Gabe stretched his legs out, Zoe leaning into him and looked across the room. Felicia was asleep on Dex and the popcorn bowl was as empty as all of their beers. And it really wasn't even late yet, they were being boring for a Friday night. "Alright we need to wake up and do something, we still got beer left?"

Zoe rolled her eyes as Felicia jumped into best friend mode. Which meant being threatened with a beating. “Very funny,” she said, moving to lay so that her legs were over Gabe’s lap as well. She chewed her popcorn slowly as Dex said something surprisingly nice, instead of ‘sign me up’. “Whatever,” she said wiping her hands off on her knees before she looked at Gabe. “What, you’re quiet. You don’t think I’m BW?” she questioned, lifting her eyebrow as she smiled at him. She couldn’t help but look at his chest again and give a small sigh before looking back at the tv. It wasn’t fair that Bailey got to appreciate the bare skin of his chest and she didn’t. Especially since she saw him first. But how lame was it, that she could feel what.. jealous of Bailey. And Gabe could just sit here and talk about her sleeping with somebody, anybody else, for the first time and he didn’t so much as bat an eyelash about it, no worries or mixed feelings about it. She should’ve learned her place with him a long time ago. Zoe moved her legs slowly off of his lap, trying to not be too obvious about wanting to move away from him.
Zoe had been so lost in thought she didn’t even realize when the movie had ended until Gabe started stretching. She looked over to see that Felicia had fallen asleep on Dex;typical. But instead of saying anything, she placed her hands on the couch and pushed herself up before she ran over to the window. Zoe climbed quickly out of the window before she made her way down to her and Felicia’s apartment. She had a stash of alcohol under her bed, hidden incase Zach came over to visit. Zoe got the vodka quickly before placing it under her arm and tying her hair up into a quick ponytail. She made her way back to the boys apartment and climbed inside. “Vodka?” she questioned before she planted her feet on the ground. “ What should we pair with it?” she questioned before she spun the lid off and placed the bottle against her lips before tilting her head back. Yeah. She was gonna need to get drunk. Felicia and Dex, nauseating. Gabe with another girl, nauseating.

Felicia hadn't even realized the movie was over when she woke up, feeling Dex move under her, probably trying to stretch. She lifted her head up to see Zoe come back with a bottle of vodka. Felicia looked around, beer gone. Popcorn gone. They were moving on to better things for the evening. After all if was a Friday. Felicia sat up, holding her hand out to Zoe, "Pass that here my pretty friend, " she smiled, taking the bottle and uncapped it, bringing the bottle to her lips and took a drink, swallowing quick before letting the bottle rest in her lap. Pair it with what? Nothing. She needed to wake up. She offered it to Dex, hanging onto the cap for him and licked her lips, "We need something fun to do..." She laughed, raising her eyebrows, "Ooh, okay. How about a game of truth or dare. And don't say that its girly," she paused, "Dex," and looked at him in particular, "Rules are, there are no rules. Anything goes," Felicia sat up, and handed the bottle back to Zoe, "I'll go first." She thought for a second and then said to Gabe, "Gabe, when was the last time you had sex with Bailey?" She leaned back against the couch, keeping back a smirk. Everyone in the room probably wanted to know. Or at least Zoe.
