Dani rocked back on her heels with her arms crossed as she waited for the guy in front of her to order. He couldn’t decide what he wanted, because all that caffeine was too much.. but decaf wasn’t the wake up he needed. And did he really need what he was calling a ‘large’ because that might be too much coffee, but a better deal than if he got a ‘small’. After what she had timed to be seven minutes, she had mentally hit a breaking point. “ Oh for the love of god,” she said as she tilted her head back and sighed out of annoyance before stepping forward. “ He’ll have a grande half-caf” she looked at the guy with a shake of her head and crossed her arms again, muttering to herself about how you shouldn’t come to a coffee shop if you didn’t know what you wanted. He fumbled to pay quickly before Dani stepped to the counter, giving the same cashier a much friendlier smile than when she had been annoyed. “ Hi… “ she said cheerfully. She moved her arms to take her clutch out from underneath her arm before she ordered quickly, “ I’ll have a skinny venti caffe latte, with the whipped cream on the bottom, with a double shot of espresso, and a red velvet cupcake” She took out the twenty dollar bill and accepted her change before dropping some of it into the tip jar. Dani leaned against the counter as she waited for her drink, but as she felt her phone vibrate in her back pocket she leaned away quickly. Part of her hoped it was Jake. Ever since they had worked together on their show Wizards of Waverly Place, she’d always had a little crush. But over the past few months, it was so much more than that. Disney had been good to her, and it wasn’t professional to bad mouth them, but she was beyond ready to move on from that image. That being said, she couldn’t exactly start kissing her co-star who was supposed to play her brother, without parents and her bosses at Disney alike being slightly unhinged. She puffed out her cheeks and sighed, seeing Blake’s name on the screen instead of Jake’s. “ Thanks.”Dani said as she smiled, picking up her coffee after they called her name. She took the lid off, blowing air over it gently as she sat down and crossed her legs. Outfit

slippin' in my jimmy choos......yea I got it all cute for ya baby, i'm nothing like them other girls ----------------------------------------
Olivia sat in her bed, the latest People magazine spread across her lap. She had been left home alone by her father who was hiding out in his office across town and her step-mother who was probably blowing her father's money on the newest Christian Louboutins. Olivia flipped through a few more pages before eventually chucking the magazine across her room toward her bathroom door. She looked around at her bedroom amazed. In a few short days she had transformed the former disaster zone into something that a college freshman would be proud to claim. The posters of her former teenage crushes had been tossed in the trash and her former purple walls were now a pale blue color. Boxes of old clothes and shoes sat by her door, waiting to be hauled by her step-mom to a local Goodwill. Old books, notes, and pictures covered Olivia's desk and were waiting to be sorted through. It was hard to believe that she was actually growing up, but removing all the childish belongings from her bedroom were helping.
Olivia rose from her spot on the bed and walked to her closet. She needed to get out of her room before she got too emotional at the fact that she was kissing her teenage years goodbye. Starting that fall, she would be a college student. It was her first step to becoming a grown up. Still, nobody said saying goodbye to eighteen years worth of memories would be easy. Olivia needed to get some fresh air and clear her mind. Opening the doors of her closet, she peered at the hanging tops, jeans, and jackets. She had a very comfortable and laid back personality, and her style showed it. She quickly got dressed a grabbed her bag. She didn't know what exactly her plans for the day were, but it was early so she had plenty of time to figure it out. She had an idea of where her first stop would be though.
Olivia pulled up to Starbucks, tipped the taxi driver, and quickly got out. As soon as the bell above the door dinged, a smile spread across her face. She loved the sweet aroma of coffee and baked goods that was associated with Starbucks. She noticed a short line, but nothing unbearable. She took her spot, tapping her feet and humming a song she'd heard on the radio on the ride there. The line moved at a decent pace, and within a couple of minutes it was her turn to order. She told the barista what she wanted then took her phone out of her pocket. She had a few e-mails notifiying her of some Facebook activity and two mentions on twitter. Sighing, she placed the device into her purse. When her drink she ready, she thanked the girl behind the counter, paid for her drink and went off to find a table. Passing the crowd, she saw a girl with a familiar face. Being and born and bred New Yorker, it wasn't odd for Olivia to run into familiar faces, but this girl wasn't someone she knew on a personal level. Olivia had seen her somewhere, like on the tv or something. Not wanting to be weird, Olivia decided against asking the girl who she was and continued on to a nearby table.

Lance pushed the sleeves up on his sweatshirt as he stepped into the aroma filled coffee shop. There was nothing better than the smell of sweets and caffeine than right away in the morning, or right when you were done working out, like he had just done. His hair was still slightly damp from his shower, but he’d promised Joel that he would return back with some coffee. It was strange that he’d moved out of his brothers’ place, but every newlywed couple needed their own space. Thankfully, Joel had needed a roommate as well since his sister had seemed to hop on the ‘ let’s get hitched’ bandwagon. He hadn’t really seen anyone from their “family” aside from the Sunday dinners. He scanned the shop to see who all was there before he stopped seeing Dani. A small smile came across his lips before he went to stand in line. He had met Dani when they started working together and shortly after they’d started dating. It was his first relationship since coming back home from the UK and admittedly he’d been smitten. They spent all of their time together during downtime on set and he’d whisked her away to Hawaii for a vacation when she had seemed down. But it had blind sided him when she decided to cut things off. She explained it off saying that her feelings had faded, and that she loved him as a friend but not as a boyfriend. But Lance wasn’t an idiot, there was another guy. Whether they were together or not, he wasn’t sure, but he knew that she harbored feelings for someone. “ Tall black with milk please,” he said tiredly as he approached the counter, offering his money to pay for his drink. He moved ahead to the ‘pick up’ counter, his drink basically meeting him there since there was nothing to it. Lance held the rim of the cup loosely between his fingers as he made his way over to Dani’s table and sat down. “ You should’ve told me you were going out for coffee. I never miss a chance to buy my girlfriend a..skinny venti latte, double espresso with whipped cream. On the bottom,” he said robotically, having memorized her coffee order a long time ago. He smiled as he looked at her, having clearly made a joke about the fact that they were still ‘dating’ on the television show that they worked together on, even though their personal relationship had crashed and burned. He took a drink from his cup before he looked over at her and smiled lopsidedly. He didn’t really have it in himself to stay mad at her; you couldn’t help how your heart felt about people and if she cared about someone, that wasn’t something to punish her for. Plus, he had a feeling he’d be seeing a lot more of her lately. After talking to Parker it sounded like Dani was going to be digging her claws into Taboo Records. Lance ran his hand over his hair before he leaned back in his chair and twirled his coffee cup between his fingers. He’d have to remember to pick up Joel’s coffee before he left, which was a pretty difficult task considering how forgetful Lance could be sometimes. Outfit
