Kat hugged Mackenzie as tightly as she could almost the second she walked onto the tour bus. “Ahh! I’m so excited!” she squealed happily as she jumped up and down like a child while hugging Mackenzie. “ I mean Natalie is here so I’m not the only girl but come on! I have a visitor” she said enthusiastically, looking at Shane like it was obvious that Mackenzie was here to see her and not anyone else. It was like she was in control of the shiny new toy in the sandbox. “ I told Shane that he had to bunk with Ryan so you could have your own.. see his still has nice sheets on it from when Claire was here.” she said happily before Rian could add in, ‘ Yeah his sheet are real fancy’ , clearly giving Shane a hard time. “ Oh!!” she remembered, snapping back to attention. “ Let me see the rock!” she said, reaching down to look at Mackenzie’s left hand. “ And how is the future president of the united states going to explain how his first lady went on tour bus with the scoundrels of all time low and lights?” she asked sarcastically before she shook her head at how beautiful the ring was. Definitely fitting for Mackenzie, she deserved nothing but the best. Kat watched as Zack made his way over to Mackenzie and engulfed her in a hug with his massive body as he looked down at Kat. “ Where is Natalie and everyone?”. Kat brought her hair up into a ponytail and gave a small shrug of her shoulder. “ I think most people are on their way to check out the venue” she explained before she looked around the bus to see if everyone had gone yet. Jack left with Natalie, Rian was on his way out now Shane was on skype with Claire but looked like he was leaving soon. ‘ Alright well make sure you guys come in soon, alright? See ya” Zack grinned, leaning down to hug Mackenzie again before he made his way off the bus. Almost immediately after that Kat felt herself being bumped to the side by Flyzick’s shoulder crashing into her body and she looked up after only stumbling a little. “ Oh hey..” she said watching him as he looked down at his clipboard and was making notes tediously. “ Nice.. hat” she said but he hardly seemed to even be paying attention to her before his walkie started going off and he was making his way off of the bus and towards the venue. “ Nice hat?” she repeated to herself before she shook her head and looked back over at Shane who was closing his laptop and coming to greet Mackenzie properly now that everyone else had. “ We’ll be in, in a second” she said to Shane cueing him to get the eff off the bus so that she could talk to one of her best friends. Mack squealed and dropped her bag, hugging Kat and jumping up and down, clearly happy to see her. "Ohhhh, I missed you too muchh!!!" She smiled, looking around, "Oh where is Natalie, I should say hi to her too..." she saw Shane on skype with Claire, and Rian and Zack were around. she didn't see Jack though, but she'd see them all eventually. Her boys. Mack grinned, practically shaking with excitement and showed Kat her engagement ring, "Isn't it pretty?" She still took time every day just staring at it, watching the light shone off of it, still feeling incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful fiance. Lucky girl. Mack grinned at Zack when he leaned down to engulf her in a hug, her feet leaving the ground completely and she laughed, kissing his cheek, "Oh Zack, I missed you too and our deep conversations. We'll have to have one later," she teased, knowing that deep conversations with Zack were something not many people got to have. She blew a kiss to Rian and stuck it on his cheek as he made his way past her and off the bus and then said goodbye to Zack as she was sure they were all going to check out the venue for that night. She was going to go say hi to Shane, and to Claire too, although she had practically just seen her in person not even twenty four hours ago. But Flyzik walked by, engrossed in his clipboard and bumped into Kat not, paying attention to where he was going. Mack was about to greet him when Kat muttered a hello to him, and he replied, "Hey Katy," and continued on. Mack looked at Kat and back at Matt in curiosity as Kat complimented his hat and he responded, "Oh... it's just a hat, but thanks. I guess." He got a call on his walkie talkie, leaving them standing there and Mack threw her thumb over her shoulder in his direction, mouthing to Kat so he couldn't hear them, "BOY??" as if that would explain it all. All Mack knew was that Kat had something to talk about and Kat was now cursing herself for making such a random comment about his hat. Cuteeee. Mack quickly hugged Shane, shrugging with a smile as he tried to protest, but led him right to the door and shoved him out, "Nice seeing you Shaney..." and then locked the door behind him. Mack bounded back up the small flight of stairs and jumped in front of Kat, "Oh my god explain to me that that was what I think it was, you are totally crushing on Flyzik?!"Outfit

Kat waved in Shane’s direction as he got his ass turfed off the bus by their residential princess. Kat placed her hands in her back pockets and rocked on the heels of her boots as Mackenzie came darting back up the small staircase and onto the bus. She probably should be checking out the venue with the other artists, but …whatever. If it had a stage, and a mic,.. and somewhere for her to play her kick ass keytar than she really didn’t give a shit. Kat closed her eyes and scrunched her nose tightly as Mackenzie called her out on having a crush on Flyzik. “ Okay but in my defense I never knew how cute he was because when I was on tour with him before I was with Shane, so by default I didn’t check other guys out, and then I never really hung out with him in New York. I mean I saw him every now and then at the studio but just stuff like passing each other in the hall. But he IS cute, and he doesn’t seem to realize that he is, which makes him so much cuter. Kat pulled her hair down from her ponytail and fell back onto the couch before she pulled her legs up to her chest. “ And I make myself look like a complete dumbass. I don’t look him in the eye ninety percent of the time.. I say random ass shit. And then at night I sort of crawl into his bunk..” she said before she held her breath and looked in Mackenzie’s direction. “ It’s just he bites his lip ring. And he gets the cutest look on his face when he is trying to concentrate. And he has to try and rangle all of us together and I know he tries so hard.. and he loves mickey mouse.. and.. he can sing back up. Girls think he’s handsome. Obviously he’s important… he has a walkie…” she said as though that was all the proof anyone needed to realize he was kick ass.
Kat hit her forehead repeatedly against her knees a few times as she took in a deep breath and sighed. “ Anyways…” she said, choosing to ignore the fact that Flyzik was one of Shane’s close friends. And that he didn’t give a rats ass about her as long as she made it to the venues on time and didn’t miss her call time. Everything else was futile. Kat looked up at Mack and smiled. “ Fill me in.. on everything. Were you expecting him to propose? Are you going to legally adopt Lily?” she asked as she looked over at the stunning blonde that she was lucky enough to call one of her best friends. Lily was already her daughter anyways, might as well put it on some paper. “ Oh!” she said remembering the last episode of Glee. “ And what the fudge is happening to Fabray? Are you leaving the show because you’re getting married? Is she gonna die? Are you staying? What. Is. Happening?” she asked before placing her hands together in a prayer. “ Please please please I need to know,” she said before she got up off of the couch and headed over to find something edible.

Mack listened patiently as Kat explained that she hadn't really noticed him before because she had obviously been in a relationship and wasn't looking at other guys. Mack nodded and plopped down on the couch beside her, "Well isn't that how it always goes, the cutest ones just have no clue," she laughed. Mack shook her head, she didn't think Kat sounded like that much of a dumb ass, she just had typical I-think-you're-cute syndrome. Which was no big deal, everyone had that at some point. Mack opened her mouth to say something about it but stopped herself, making sure she heard Kat correctly and then asked, "You just climb into his bunk...?!" Mack started laughing, covering her mouth and shaking her head, "Sorry, that just sounds funny. So what, you just... climb into his bunk? Does he say anything?" She grinned, questioningly. That was such a Kat thing to do. Kat continued to list off all of the things she obviously found endearing about Matt, the things she liked, the things that made him important and appealed to her. Mack smiled, "Aww, you like him."
Mack shook her head, all excited again to tell Kat about Riley proposing, "Okay, so, no! I had no idea, I just came home on Christmas because it felt too weird not being with him and Lily on Christmas and I got there and everything was fine and whatever. And we were playing that game where you have to find the pickle on the tree or whatever. So I was helping Lily find it, and there's this ring, this one," she pointed to her finger, gushing, "just hanging there on a tree branch! So I was like, Riley, what's this... and he just came over and proposed and I was like, well obviously I said yes." Mack sighed, unable to wipe the most massive grin from her face. "It was awesome. I don't know, he just... I couldn't ask for a better person for myself, you know? And I hope soon maybe, I want to adopt Lily and everything. I have to talk to Riley about it but... I mean, I don't think he has any opposition to doing it soon." She shrugged and then sat back as if talking about Quinn Fabray was more dramatic then herself being engaged, "I don't even know! All i know is they didn't kill her off, because we've just wrapped filming future episodes where she's alive and in a wheel chair. So she's not dead. But that's all I'm allowed to tell," she laughed. "Anyways, enough about me, what are we doing about Flyzik, do we need to make a game plan?" She smiled, raising her eyebrows.

Kat bit against the inside of her lip so hard she was sure it was about to start bleeding any second now. But of course Mackenzie could tell that she liked Flyzik. For one, she basically just spelled it out. Two, Mackenzie was like their resident detective. If there was something to snoop out, she’d do it in a heart beat. Kat turned her head back to Mackenzie and smiled, listening quietly as she told her all about how Riley had proposed. She wondered if that would ever happen for her , if she would ever want it. They were all growing up, right? As much as they all wanted to think of themselves as severely responsible, some more than others, for their age, maybe the fact of the matter was that they were growing up. And with that, it meant that they needed to start behaving like adults, having adult relationships. Shane was the closest thing she ever had to it, and was she seriously willing to open her heart up to someone like Flyzik and potentially try to mature with him? Not a chance in hell, he didn’t even realize she existed. “ I don’t think the love like you and Riley have happens to everyone.. you hold onto him” she said with a grin, deciding not to touch on the Lily subject. She was never really sure how she could talk about it with Riley, if he would be offended. Lily’s birth mother dying was a sensitive thing, but it seemed like Riley had no reason to think otherwise- he would use his last breath to defend the fact that Mackenzie was Lily’s mother. And wasn’t she? It felt like they had been on the tour bus forever, catching up, digging ice cream out of the freezer, pulling up episodes of Glee that Kat had recorded on the DVR so she could ask questions about it. She was glad that Fabray wasn’t going anywhere, the show needed that bitch. She looked up from her ice cream when Flyzik was standing at the door of the tour bus. ‘ Katy, Cobra Starship already performed and I’ve been trying to get you on stage for the last five minutes” he said though he looked slightly annoyed. “ Oh, fuck me!” she yelled, dropping her spoon onto the couch as she jumped up and ran past him before she jumped down the stairs and ran towards the venue. Since she didn’t take a tour like everyone else she started heading into the wrong direction before Zack pulled her by the shoulders and guided her in the right way.
Kat ran out onto the stage and picked up her keytar awkwardly. “ Sorry guys…” she said, adjusting the strap against her shoulders. “ I was hanging out on a couch with the sexiest cheerleader I know,” she said with a slight laugh before she played a few notes on the keytar and then adjusted the mic stand. “ What the fuck, Flyzik. I was running late so you still had time to make sure my shit was ready and you didn’t? You’re fired.” she said before she pushed her hair behind her ear and smiled at the crowd. “ Hi guys.. I am Lights.” she said unnecessarily before she started playing a few notes to the song Ice. “ This song was actually written about Shane Madden. Throw some paper cups at him when he comes on stage,” she said through a laugh before she focused her attention back on playing the music and singing. Logan may have to pull her ass into the studio, but once she was on a stage in front of her actual fans there was something about it that she just couldn’t contain. She wasn’t a performer like Blake Renner or Joel Foster. But give her a guitar and keytar, maybe a bar stool, and she would sing until every last fan left. She owed it all to them after all. She smiled while singing the words, seeing Zack pick Shane up and holding him upside down to mock him over the song choice. The fans would know there wasn’t any hostility with them. They walked on each others stage all the time, it wasn’t like she was still mad at him. It just gave her lyrics for a kick ass song. Kat held onto the mic as it rested against the stand while she took off the keytar. “ I know I usually do at least one cover..” she said before she licked her lips. “ Last time it was ‘ Sparks Fly’ in honor of one of my best friends Blake Renner. I won’t do that to you again’ she said, smiling as she held her hand into the side of her hair, lazily tuning her guitar. “ I’ve got a special guest here today. “ she said as she looked off the stage. “ This is a mash up.. I’m so sorry Flyzik. Anyways, this is a mash up. It’s called I feel Pretty/ Unpretty. And my friend Mackenzie Bannon is going to come out and help me.. “ she said, pulling her hair over her shoulder. “ Zack can you play the bass by ear and bring out my pretty lady?” she asked sweetly, watching as Zack dropped Shane immediately, and grasped Mackenzie and threw her over his shoulder as he carried her onto stage.

Mack looked from Flyzik to Kat and back at Flyzik, trying not to smile but he looked so obviously annoyed and so obviously oblivious that Kat liked him but Mack hopped up and followed Kat off of the tour bus and stayed back with Zack and Shane and Flyzik while Kat went onstage. Mack laughed when Kat called her the sexiest cheerleader, shaking her head, but laughed again and pointed at Matt, who had simply rolled his eyes good naturedly at being fired, yet again. Poor kid probably got ‘fired’ about fifty times a day. Mackenzie cheered when Kat introduced her first song, saying it was about Shane so Mack leaned down to pat Shane’s cheeks when he was upside down because of Zack. “Shane, you scoundrel.” She teased. Mack was all smiles, dancing and wiggling her butt to the music, trying to get Matt to dance but he just moved away from her, fighting back a smiled but it was clear that although he probably wanted to join in a have a fun time with them, he was still on duty. But she could tell he was at least smiling at her trying to get him to have fun. Mack looked up when she heard her name being spoke from the stage and screamed playfully when Zack slung her over his shoulder and carried her onstage. Zack set her down beside Kat, one of the crew guys bringing her a stool to sit on and Flyzik brought Zack’s guitar out behind him, handing it to him and then promptly leaving, obviously much more comfortable behind the scenes.
Mack looked out at the crowd smiling, not too stage frightened or anything. When you sang on Glee tour or on the show for the entire country plus that, you tended to be just as comfortable on stage. Mack leaned forward, holding the mic up to her mouth, “Hi,” she said, giving a small wave, “I’m Quinn Fabray, I’m going to be singing you a song today. I apologize for my absent Cheerio uniform.” She laughed jokingly. “Ready when you are Lights,” she said trying not to laugh, as she’d never called Kat that to her face in her entire life. So weird. Kat and Zack started playing so Mack started singing it the way she knew how, Kat filling in for Lea’s parts. It was interesting how a crowd that was there to see Cobra Starship and All Time Low could be so into Kat’s music too and be totally cool with Mack coming out and singing a song like this which was pretty, of course, but so unlike the rest of the line up. Still cool though. As they finished the song the crowd cheered and Mack gave them a quick wave before she turned to go, “Thanks,” but before she could stand up Jack had run out on stage and picked her up, running a few laps around the stage while the crowd cheered and whatever, Mack screaming at him to put her back down because she had no idea what he was going to do, drop her no doubt, but she laughed all the same. Zack made his way back off stage so Kat could finish her set, Jack following him off and Mack yelled out to Kat, “I’m sorry, I love you!” Once off stage he let her down, Mack punching in the shoulder playfully, “You’re an idiot but I love you.”

Kat smiled instantly as Mackenzie came onto stage. She finished tuning her guitar and then played with the ends of her hair as Mackenzie introduced herself as Quinn Fabray. Quinn Fabray and Lights on stage, with two completely fake identities. She laughed at the irony of it as Mackenzie called her Lights, but had to admit that it felt a little weird. Every now and then Flyzik called her Lights and it made her want to grab his stupid beautiful face and shake the hell out of it. That beautiful moron. Kat played along, laughing at Zack as he made one or two errors. Clearly this wasn’t his type of song and he was having a little difficult at first picking up what to play, but he caught on eventually. She loved that she and Shane could share fans, that those same fans would be fans of Mackenzie. But then again, if you were a fan of one of them, you sort of understood that they were a family. She loved singing with Mackenzie when they were at home goofing around, so why would it be any different on stage? When the song was finished she reached over and gave Mackenzie a quick hug by wrapping her arm around her shoulders before she started to take her own guitar off. “ Quinn Fabray everybody,” she said and did her own clap for Mackenzie as Jack ran around the stage with her. “ Jack quit being a stage whore,” she said, standing on her toes to hug Zack back as he wrapped his long arms around her. After Zack waved to the crowd and headed back stage Kat went back to work, finishing up her set while intermittently talking to the crowd, accepting a wedding proposal, and probably against Flyzik’s advice- handing her keytar out to an audience member.
Kat came off of the stage and walked back to where Zack was hanging out with Mackenzie. “ Aw Mack you did so good,” she said, wrapping her arms around her in another hug. God that girl was frikkin’ charming. Zack seemed to be in his own thoughts, chewing against his bottom lip and avoiding talking. Nothing unusual there. She smiled brightly as she saw Shane round the corner. “ Shaney!” she called out, moving past Zack and Mackenzie to run over to him. “ Please don’t be mad at me!” she yelled out, jumping on his back before she kissed his cheek and hung tightly against his shoulders. “ I could’ve been worse, “ she said, technically true. After ruffling his hair she jumped down before she looked around backstage. She knew she had brought water guns at some point and she was hoping they got unloaded with the rest of the stuff. If All Time Low was going to put on one hell of a performance, then at least she and Mackenzie could spray the hell out of them with water while they were doing so.

Zack stood backstage by Mackenzie and smiled down at her, giving an awkward nod. Talking. Not his strong suit. He knew he could it was just a matter of getting him started. The only person he felt naturally comfortable talking to was Shane. That kid could get him to talk like his life depended on it. Otherwise he just sort of kept to himself. “ It’s nice you could come…” he said to Mackenzie finally, clapping his hands together as he watched Kat do the rest of her performance. He looked over his shoulder, doing a double take as he saw Natalie goofing around with Jack backstage. He flickered a small smile, watching her movements before he remembered who was standing near him and brought his eyes back to the stage. Wasn’t cool to like his best friends family member, and it wasn’t cool since Rian was pretty much hooking up with her. But still… she was gorgeous, and funny. Zack grinned at Kat as she finished her set and came walking over to them. “ Nice.” he said, doing his best to tell her good job in as little words as possible.
Later on tonight he knew they would all be able to relax, have a few drinks. Mackenzie would probably sit in his lap and wrap her arm around his neck to get him to talk. The usual. He could just save up a majority of his words for then. He took in a deep breath as Kat went running over to Shane and jumped on him like they’d been best friends since the time they were born. Just as quickly, Flyzik was walking past him, causing Ryan to grab onto his forearm to stop him. “ Can you give this to Kat?” he said, holding out Kat’s phone to Flyzik. Zack watched as he walked away and then looked at Mackenzie. He opened his mouth to say something but then stopped, offering a smile instead. Just because he was quiet didn’t mean he was stupid. Actually, it meant he paid attention a hell of a lot more and wasn’t distracted by cheetahs like some people.

Mack stood beside Zack for the remainder of Kat's performance, subconsciously dancing beside him without even realizing she was doing it. She just couldn't help it, most days she just could not stand still, dancing was in her blood or something the figured. She knocked her hip against Zack's repeatedly, but it was no use. Calmest guy ever, he just stood there, arms crossed, watching Kat's performance. Mack nodded in agreement, it was nice to be there. She really missed these kids after moving to New York. Mack turned back to Zack, wanting to say something to him but followed his gaze across the room, watching Shane's cousin Natalie who was goofing around with Jack. Ha, and he thought she wouldn't notice him staring. Very interesting, but Mack didn't say anything to him about it.
Mack smiled as Kat finished her set and hugged her, "Thanks, you were amazing as always." she laughed, shaking her head as Kat went and jumped in Shane like it was no big deal. And why should it be? They could be friends, he'll they were more or less friends that hooked up before, not much different other then minus the hooking up part. Mack didn't have too much to say at the moment, instead just stood and observed, the way Zack had watched Natalie, how Kat jumped on Shane, how calmly and naturally Zack handed Matt Kat's cell phone, as if he wasn't up to anything at all except that Mack was a very observant girl and since he knew Zack was practically mute and spent so much of his time people watching as well, she was fully aware that he had probably observed but of the same things and thought that he was being sneaky. Which he was, except under Mackenzie's standards. Mack looked at him, smiling accusingly an pointed at him, "I saw that Zack... Don't think I don't know what you are up to, and also that I fully support it..." She trailed of, coughing slightly and grinned at him. "Don't forget, I notice everything." And by everything she meant not only his little cell phone thing with Flyzik, but his accross the room admiring of Natalie. Mack pointed to her own eyes and then back at Zack, "... Watching you." With that she smiled teasingly and left him there to ponder it before he went onstage.

Zack turned his attention over to one of the techs as they brought over his guitar and pulled the strap over his neck. He placed his fingers against the frets and played a few notes just to check the tune of it before he looked back up at Mackenzie, realizing that she was speaking to him. He smirked as she said that she supported the idea of Kat and Flyzik. He stayed quiet, wondering if she had figured it on her own or if Kat had talked to her about it. He looked through everyone to try and find Flyzik agai so he could see what he had done with the phone, or if their interaction was already over. Not seeing him he looked back down at his guitar, fucking around with a few of the strings when he let what Mackenzie was saying sort of sink in. So she had noticed him staring at Natalie. Whatever, it wasn’t that it was entirely a huge deal he just hadn’t told Natalie yet. He was pretty sure she probably thought that he thought she had cooties. Everyone else around them was so excited about them going onto set next. The lights were already going out throughout the crowds, playing songs to get them pumped up. Jack was fake humping people, Rian was tossing his drumsticks in the air, Shane was being the center of attention wherever the fuck he was. He took in a deep breath and sighed, smiling at Flyzik. “This show is going to kick ass” he said with a calm expression. Zack headed onto the stage, moving past Jack who was already screaming at the crowd and Rian who was fucking around on the drums. Once he got to his mic stand he looked back at the wings, licking his lips as he let Mackenzie say root itself into his brain again. It wasn’t so much that she knew, that was fine. He probably would have told her anyways, it was just a matter of him not wanting Natalia to know. Not yet, it wasn’t the right timing. After they finished playing their first song, he stepped back from the microphone, knowing that Shane was going to talk to the crowd for a bit, thank them for coming out, blah blah blah. He laughed as a few girls yelled out to Shane that they loved him. Shane was just as social with crowds and interacted just like they were all friends, which he always had. And maybe Zach was imagining it, but it did seem like Shane was less flirtatious on stage ever since Claire came around. Zack made a slightly confused face as someone screamed out that they loved him while Shane was speaking. He waited until Shane was done before he stepped to the microphone and added awkwardly, “Thank you,…” he said, offering the smallest wave before he waited for the next song to start.

Matt held his walkie to his mouth, making sure the lighting for the opening was all set up properly, adding to Jeff, "Jeff, can you hit the stage with the spots? Yeah just make sure those are all working properly." He paused while Jeff responded, laughing, "Yeah I don't want a repeat of Jack tripping like last time because he 'couldn't see'" Matt checked a few things off on his clip board while Jeff continued talking, "Yeah i know it had nothing to do with the lights, he was drunk. I just don't want to hear about it for the next two weeks." Matt shook his head. Sometimes his job was hell because the guys made shit so fucking difficult, but he wouldn't trade it. People didn't get to tour with your buddies 300 days out of a year, and have this much fun. Katy had just finished her set and jumped on Shane. On the home stretch now. Matt just liked to make sure everything was perfect for the guys set because for much of it he himself sang back up and some guitar parts so he couldn't always be barking orders. Rian was hitting his drumsticks on everything within a close proximity to himself, Jack was just being an idiot as usual, Zack was at least getting warmed up which was good. Matt nodded in response to Zack, "Hell yeah it is," Didn't it always kick ass? They only really had ten minutes or s to switch equipment on the stage, and the crew was already almost finished. Matt had them trained so well, worked do fast. Just before the guys headed on stage Zack handed him Katy's phone, so Matt went over to where she was hanging on Shane, gently removing her from Shane and gave her the phone, "Here Katy, don't lose it, Shane get your ass on stage, seriously." Shane grinned and ran out on stage, grabbing his guitar from Collussy on the way. Matt took a deep breath, smiling at Katy, since he felt he could relax for a moment, "Great set by the way, it'll be a good tour for you." Matt liked to think that if the first show went good, it marked the rest of the tour, and though they'd been touring for about a month or so already, Katy had just got here tonight, so for her it was just the beginning.
Matt looked back out at the stage, seeing a wired hanging a few inches off the ground in front of Jack, not really in his way except that he knew the kid and he liked to over step the stage and jump on the amps out front. "Shit, that's a disaster waiting to happen, be right back," he added to Kat and headed out there while the guys warmed up the crowd about to start their first song. He grabbed the tape roll off his belt, taping the cord to the floor so Jack wouldn't trip on it and Jack tipped his mic stand over on purpose just to see if Matt would pick it up. Which he did, of course. He also dug some extra picks out of his pocket and added them to Shane's stash, knowing exactly how many he used during this set and then quickly got out of the way and off stage, giving a smile and a thumbs up to Mack and then stood in the wings waiting for his cue for back up vocals. The sound and lights sounded great, nothing to worry about there, just keeping the kids in line.

Kat frowned as Flyzik pulled her off of Shane and dramatically threw her head back, “ Come back to me” she cried out sarcastically before she puffed out her cheeks and sighed, watching Shane as he headed out onto stage. Zack was already playing some notes lethargically for Lost In Stereo. At least the crowd knew what was coming now. She looked over at Flyzik, taking her phone from him and felt herself turn red when she reached her hand out to his to take the phone. It was warm on stage, right? Delayed heat wave. “ Thanks..” she said quietly, probably not loud enough for him to hear her at all with the craziness back stage. Kat looked down and licked her lips staring at her phone and tapped her thumb against the screen a few times, “ Actually, Flyzik I was thinking after the show that maybe we could hang out.. just the two of us, I mean spend some ti-“ she said, stopping herself as she looked up and saw that he had already ran onto stage to fix another crisis. Clearly she hadn’t heard him excuse himself from her. Kat groaned and hit her head against the nearest hard surface multiple times. She watched as Flyzik went around the stage, handing out guitar picks and making last minute adjustments. Look at him.. working away. She looked over at Mack and then looked away completely in order to avoid her knowing looks.
Kat clapped her hands as the first song ended and cheered as Shane talked to the crowd. Well he sure was a people pleaser. She tried not to keep her eyes on Flyzik but why did he make it so difficult? What did she have to do to get his attention? Kat smiled as they started the new song and watched Zack intently. Having found herself an icee backstage she took a long sip from it, forming her plan as she watched Zack behind his mic stand, singing back up and overall being tame compared to the rest of the guys. “ Hold this,” she said , shoving her icee into Flyzik’s chest before she ran past him to go out on stage. With her back to the audience she lifted her shirt, leaving her bra on though you couldn’t really tell from the audience point of view, and proceeded to flash Zack. Instantly he looked up at the ceiling of their stage and fumbled his fingers on the frets, fucking up a few notes and did his best to get back on track with the song, but his cheeks were flushing red already and she could tell he was beginning to get uncomfortable. Sexuality was not something of the norm for Zack . Eventually he finally was back into the song, much to Kat’s disappointment, so she lowered her shirt and moved behind him, running her hands over his chest before she tried to dance all over him. It wasn’t like she was a natural born dancer, but how hard could it be to imitate the way a stripper danced against a pole?

Shane loved being on stage and performing. Every time that he ever second guessed his life choices and if being on tour was the right thing, the only thing he knew was that as soon as he got out there he just loved every single second of it. Nothing like playing guitar and singing, making obnoxious jokes, being buzzed half the time... it was a life some people only wished they could live. First song went perfectly, and as soon as they started the second song, Shane had to try not to laugh as Kat pretty much molested poor Zack who was so sexually introverted it was embarrassing just to watch him become embarrassed. The rest of the show went awesome though, Kat came back on and sang Weightless with him, Natalie came out for a short stint and sang Juliet Simms part during Remembering Sunday as she had been for most of the tour, really killer voice she had, crowd seemed to enjoy it, and he even convinced Mack to come back out and sing an acoustic version of Six Feet Under the Stars with him, like old times. And by convinced, it meant that Zack went and got her again, slinging her over his shoulder. At the end of the set, after they were all sweaty and ready to wrap it up, Shane gave one last thank you to the crowd and introduced the last song, "This is gonna be our last song, so here you go, this is Dear Maria," and with that they started playing. Just like every other time they played this and as Shane turned around mid song to toss his guitar to Collussy so him and Jack could run around the stage, he stopped and was surprised to see Logan had come out and caught his guitar, slinging the strap over his shoulder and continued playing like he did it all the time. When the fuck did he get here? "Logan fucking Renner?!?!" he yelled out and people started cheering realizing who it was, "And...Blake?" Shane stopped, not even talking in his mic anymore, shocked to see them both as he noticed Blake too, grinning and waving at him. When on earth did they get there? Confused? Uh yeah.

“ And there he goes again like he fucking owns the place,” Blake said with a sigh as she turned to Flyzik. “ Hi honey, you.” she said, smiling politely at him as she got his attention. “ Take the baby and don’t hold her like a football” she said, offering Kenzie over to him as she made her way on stage. “ And do NOT give her to Jack,” she said with her finger pointing at him before she made her way on stage, shaking her head with a smile at the crowds reaction to Logan playing guitar. Of course he knew how to play guitar. He was the most talented asshole she’d ever met, and now the crowd was getting a taste of it. Since he was busy with the guitar she made her way over to Shane and gave him a hug. Logan could surprise him first, fine. But she got the first hug. They hadn’t told anyone they were coming out, not even Mackenzie. Logan seemed like he wanted to just escape New York for a bit and the perfect opportunity arrived when he decided to swing by the All Time Low tour. And of course she came with him, he was Kenzie’s father after all. She didn’t want to separate them for any amount of time. Logan might have thought he wanted space, and he did – from New York. She knew in her heart if he was that far away from Kenzie he would miss her instantly. So as soon as he decided he was leaving, she knew she had to, too. Just because they were divorced didn’t mean she didn’t love him. But he sure did know how to be annoying as hell. Like coming out on stage and getting to surprise Shane first. Of course Shane would be more excited about seeing Logan. “ Hi honey,” she said into Shane’s ear. “ We thought you might be missing home so we brought Claire, too. … Just kidding, she’s not here. But Kenzie is and let’s face it, she’s cuter.” she said with an eager nod. Blake waved to the crowd, deciding to let the boys have their own fun and finish playing music before she went over to Jack and pulled his pants up so that they weren’t showing his boxers. After giving him a disapproving look she came off the stage and walked back over to Flyzik to reclaim Kenzie. She watched from the wings of the stage, smiling to herself as Logan and Shane goofed around only the way best friends could.
Blake held Kenzie in her arms gently a few hours later, scribbling lightly on a notepad as she did her best to sketch out new ideas for some stage costumes and different stage set ups for certain songs. She looked down at the phone to check the time. The tour bus was supposed to be pulling up to her hotel soon to drop her and Kenzie off. She couldn’t exactly have an infant on a rock tour bus. She kissed the top of her curly hair, looking over at everyone. Kat had just been put on blast for liking Flyzik so she was focusing intently on her game with Jack. Flyzik looked like he was having fun with Rian and Zack but he sort of looked distracted at the same time. Mackenzie was sitting in Zacks’ lap. Zack was awkwardly trying to avoid looking at Natalie. It was weird how much her life had changed. She knew they were waiting for Kenzie to get off the bus before they started drinking, and while Blake understood they were all still kids, something in her had just changed. She loved Shane, she loved Logan and everyone else on that bus. She just had no desire to be a part of that anymore. And why would she? It hadn’t exactly given her a fairytale ending. Even now she was following her high school crush across the country just to try and make him happy when she couldn’t even make herself happy. Blake stood up, holding Kenzie over to Logan so he could say goodbye. She pulled her hair up into a ponytail, walking tiredly over to Mackenzie before she gave her a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek. “ Have fun,” she said without any energy and came back to Logan, holding her hands out for Kenzie. “ Shane, take your vitamins.” she said with a playful glare before she gave a wave to everyone and headed off of the bus, shouldering Kenzie’s bag as she made her way inside the hotel.

Zack lifted his bottle of powerade to his lips and took a drink, trying hard not to look in Natalie’s direction. He was still pretty upset with Mackenzie, but here she was sitting in his lap anyways, doing her best to make him not mad at her. It was fine if she wanted to notice stuff, but what had he ever done to deserve her putting him on blast like that? It wasn’t like he was going to welcome her with open arms if she did stuff like that and wanted to come back on the tour bus. Zack leaned forward and placed his powerade on the small table that was attached to the wall near the couch and looked up as he noticed that Blake was leaving, letting Logan say a goodbye to Kenzie and coming over to say goodbye to Mackenzie for herself. “ See ya,” he said, giving her a nod. He could say it was nice of her to come out there, that they appreciated her and Logan coming out to show their support. But come on, that was pretty common knowledge. No use wasting words when people already knew. But he did wonder what it meant that they had came together. Surely that meant something. But just as quickly Blake was hopping off the bus, leaving Logan with them. Okay. So maybe it was nothing. Zack took in a deep breath and sighed, picking Mackenzie up so he could stand up and set her down on the couch. “ My turn,” he said walking over to Alex and Kat playing video games and leaned down to take the controller from Alex so that he could try and distract himself by playing a game with Kat. It was working for her, might as well work for him, right?
