Kat paused the game when she noticed that Blake was starting to leave. “ Thanks for stopping by, we’ll see you tomorrow though right?” she asked, leaning down to give Kenzie a kiss on the cheek. “ Bye munchkin,” she said as she smiled down at the perfect first Taboo baby. She stepped away, letting Logan and Blake say goodbye to each other. After her talk with Logan she wasn’t really sure how much progress he had made, but if Blake was coming on a mini vacation with him that was a sign they were taking things in the right direction, right? She watched the door close behind Blake and then looked over at Logan, not really saying anything. She understood that he needed to get away, he was going through so much stress right now it was ridiculous. Though she would never say anything to Logan, she sort of figured Blake probably needed an escape, too. And she wasn’t sure a hotel room with an infant necessarily constituted as that. So instead she smiled, and gave Logan a quick hug for the first time since he got there, “ Glad you could make it,” she said before she headed over to the kitchen. She clenched her jaw slightly as she watched Mackenzie with Zack and proceeded to make herself a drink. Awesome, the guy she had been sharing a bunk with now knew that she had a crush on him. Awkward, uncomfortable, unnecessary. So many things rushing through her head. Kat picked up the second drink she had made as a back up and made her way back over to Alex, drinking about half of her scotch before she sat down. When she looked back over, Zack had taken his place. Without saying anything, since they were in the same boat together, Kat picked up her second cup of scotch and stretched her arm out to Zack so he could take it. Kat sat there for a few moments before she took in a deep breath. No. She was not going to let her shyness and now, thank you Mackenzie- uncomfortability around Flyzik keep her from having a good time. “ Alright guys..” she said, downing her glass of scotch as she stood up. When she finished it, she coughed quietly and scrunched her nose, dropping the plastic cup down in Zack’s lap. She moved to Flyzik’s bunk where some of her stuff was and leaned inside taking out her ipod. After scrolling through a few songs she walked past Logan and Shane, hooking her phone up to the speaker system. She turned the volume up all the way, jumping off of the cushions of the couch so she was back on the floor. Quickly raising her arms in the air she tossed her head back letting her hair fall, “ Let’s get fucked up!” she yelled out happily before she grabbed the bottle off of the counter and poured a fresh drink for Logan before offering it to him and planting a quick kiss casually on his lips before she dropped her hand to grab his and pulled him towards an area in the bus where they could stand easier so she could dance with him. ‘ Ahhhh hell yeah’ she heard Alex yell out before she looked over her shoulder to see him standing up, picking Mackenzie up off of the couch so she would dance with him. Logan sat on the couch beside Shane, talking about random things and just catching up. It felt like it’d been forever since he’d stepped out of the office and had a fun time. A lot of people probably thought getting married had settled him down, but it was himself that had settled himself down. He had just been so determined to make the label a success and produce successful artists that he’d just drowned himself in work. Being on a tour bus with his friends and being on stage for all of half a minute, barely, was all that it took to remind him that he couldn’t just hole up behind his desk. He wasn’t made for that. Yeah, he worked hard, but he had kind of forgotten that he was still a kid, yes granted one who had been married and had a child and a multi-million dollar record label, but he made a promise to himself right then and there that he would make sure to still have fun. And as he looked over at Blake too, he made a vow to make sure she had fun too. He knew they both had to be responsible parents, but she needed a break too, she couldn’t just let him have all the fun and take Kenzie by herself, like tonight. Logan just wanted to hang on the bus and drink and have a good time, but the part of him that cared about Blake hated the fact that she was going to a hotel. He understood why, the tour bus was really not place for Kenzie at night, but Blake needed a break too, like people needed to breathe. Since he was still sober, he made a mental note to take Kenzie tomorrow so Blake could hang out with Shane and who ever and just relax. They were half way across the country she could have a vacation too.
Shane leaned over, talking quietly to Logan so no one would over hear them, “So what the fuck is Blake’s deal, everything you do pisses her off or what?” Logan shook his head, “No, I don’t know. It’s not really her; I’m probably more the problem.” Shane shrugged, “Whatever, you guys act fine when you’re being parents, other than that you guys act like straight up ex’s.” “Thanks.” Logan said sarcastically, “I don’t even know how ex’s are supposed to act.” “I don’t know, I think they probably get pissed at each other and then nail each other for old time’s sake. You nail her yet?” Shane asked, jokingly, but judging by the look on Logan’s face, he said seriously, “Wait, you did?” Logan didn’t say anything, he didn’t have to. “Well shit.” Shane added. “So what about Scarlet, is that done?” Logan sighed, “I don’t know. No, maybe, yeah. I… fuck I’ve been so confused, why do you think I came all the way out here to get drunk with you idiots?” “Right, no dude, you’re right. Done talking about it. Let’s get drunk instead.”
Logan looked up when Blake came over, handing him Kenzie so he could say goodbye, and she went to say good bye to the others. “See?” Shane said matter of factly, “parenting at the moment, acting normal.” “Please shut up.” Shane grinned and sat back, while Logan held Kenzie, tickling her little baby belly and watching her smile. Best smiles ever. But she definitely looked tired. Bed time for Kenzie for sure. Logan held her against his chest, her little head resting on his shoulder and her eyes looked like they might droop closed at any time. He kissed the top of her head and all those blonde curls. It was crazy how like Blake she was already, resemblance wise; curly blond hair, big pretty blue eyes. Sometimes he looked at Kenzie and couldn’t see any of himself there, just Blake, all over. Blake came back, obviously wanting Kenzie back, so he stood up, following her off the bus and Shane yelled back as Blake left that he would, in fact, take his vitamins, though Logan doubted there was anything vitamin related in that bus unless it was vitamin water. Once off the bus and out of ear shot, Logan stood, still holding Kenzie for second, not really wanting Blake to leave, but it was what it was. “Well… get some rest. I can come back in the morning and get you if you want.” He paused, handing Kenzie gently back to Blake before stuffing his hands in his pockets. It was chilly tonight, he was sure Blake would want to get Kenzie inside. He just felt like he should say something, but what was there to say? I’m sorry I was so horrible to you and ruined our marriage? I’m sorry I ruined what we had? I still love you? She probably wanted none of it. Maybe she was glad to be away from him for the night. Even if he told her he loved her, would she even really believe him? He wouldn’t, if he were her. He thought back to what seemed like forever ago, when nothing he said seemed to have any sort of relevance with her, back when telling her how he felt just didn’t cut it. That weird phase they went through when she was with Taylor, and no matter what Logan said it felt like weightless currency. His words really didn’t mean shit if she didn’t think he meant it. Or that it was really just too late for that, so he maybe he shouldn’t waste his breath. He didn’t know where he stood. He thought it was quite possible that all he was now was simply Kenzie’s father. And that might be it. Weird how things change.
Logan took a deep breath, he couldn’t keep her there forever. “Alright well, see you in the morning then I guess.” He leaned over and placed his hand on her arm, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek and then another one for Kenzie. “Bye,” … love you. Could’ve easily said it, but he didn’t. Old habits die hard, but he felt weird saying it. Like he didn’t deserve to tell her that, or something? Logan nodded in finality, and then turned to get back on the bus, feeling so wrong but knowing he’d made his bed and had to lie in it. Dug his own hole, six feet under the stars and unfortunately, he really wasn’t sure that there was room for two. Or who would be dumb enough so fall in with him.

Mack frowned at Zack, feeling bad because now both him and Kat were mad at her which sucked because she wished a lot of the time she could just shut off her eyes and ears and not see things but then people egged her on and asked her and even though she tried to play it off and say it was nothing, everyone knows she’s full of shit and also full of some juicy information so they just ask her until she just spills. And then as soon as she opens her mouth she instantaneously feels like the worst friend on the earth. This was why she was frowning because she was upset at herself. It was like one of those personality traits that you kind of hate about yourself and as much as you tell yourself you’re going to work on it and not do it anymore, out of habit you just forget that you decided to not put your friends shit on blast. And it wasn’t as if Zack had much to say on a good day, so now when he was mad at her it was just worse. She was about to give up and just go leave him alone when he set her on the couch and left her there anyways. Good thinking, at least they were on the same page. Zack had gone over to play video games with Kat. Mack stood up to get herself a drink, wishing Blake was still there because Blake liked her no matter what. And Blake was her number one egger oner. She looked at the assorted booze on the table picking up a bottle of vodka and staring at it, trying to decide what to do with it when she unscrewed the cap and took a big swig, cringing a little. “Whoa killer, is this the high school Mack coming back out? Should I clear a table for you?” Flyzik stood besides her, mixing himself a drink and teased her, “Shut up. I just… do not owe you an explanation. That’s what.” She answered sassily, but offered a small smile anyways. Matt leaned down and asked her quietly, “Does Katy really like me?” Mack looked at him incredulously, pointing a finger at him forcefully, “Do not ask me about Kat, mister. Don’t you think I’m in enough trouble already? I’m keeping my mouth shut. Go ask her yourself if you want to know.” Matt laughed and handed her the drink he had made for himself, “Here, take this one, try to stay away from drinking directly from the bottle.” He shook his head and she walked away with the drink. He was right, that always got her in more trouble. No sooner had she sat back down Kat had yelled that everyone should most definitely get fucked up and Mack figured, wasn’t that what she always did when she was upset with herself for something? Yup. Bottoms up. She finished her drink and left the cup on the couch, screaming playfully when Alex picked her up off the couch to dance. Sure, why the hell not. She was probably going to avoid both Kat and Zack until she was too drunk to care, so dancing with Alex seemed like a fine choice. Which was totally irresponsible, because really she should go tell both of them she was sorry. Which she really, really was. But Kat was dancing with Logan and having fun. It could wait.

Matt was past the point of giddy drunk and he knew that everyone on the bus was beyond wasted. There were no in between people, you were either totally sober or just completely blasted. And since everyone was drinking, that meant that there was not one person there even close to sober. Jack was already in his underwear, Vinny's bottle of captain morgan was talking to him, Mack had, as expected, found a table to dance on, Rian thought every thing was funny, Natalie was trying to sidle up to Zack who was trying to talk to her but she was still freaking him out. Logan and Shane were singing an unknown song very loudly, while attempting to convince Kat she should jump out the window and Matt could honestly say he had no idea what Alex was doing and he wasn't sure he wanted to know. There was some long standing conversation happening about pirates and Indiana Jones that had taken a dirty turn some where around the time Jack lost his pants, and now that Matt was looking around, he thought for one terrifying moment that they really had convinced Kat to jump out the window and thought maybe he should see if she was laying on the pavement outside. Except that Matt wasn't entirely sure where his shoes where, which for some reason in his mind really bothered him. He went into the back lounge to see if they were there, though he caught himself for some reason looking for a pair of big yellow shoes that were dangerously close to resembling Mickey Mouse's, but instead he found Kat lying in the back lounge. "Have you seen my shoes Katy?" After he'd asked, he realized that he was looking for the shoes so he could go outside and make sure she hadn't died or something but she was right here to his entire shoe search was moot. "never mind, I don't need them." Matt went over and sat down next to her where she was laying, looking down at her, "Can you stop spinning for a second? I need to get a good look at you." He felt kind of silly for not really having noticed her before because he was always focused on something work related or she was dating someone so there was no reason to look anyways. But she liked him. That's what people were saying. She had his attention now.

Kat closed one eye, looking at Logan with her open one. Then switched quickly. Back and forth, back and forth. “ No you still look like the same dipshit I’ve always known… oh but you have awesome cheekbones!” she said as though that was some sort compensation prize. But it seemed like just a few minutes later Shane and Logan were trying to convince her to climb through the window. Because let’s face it, they were a bit doughy—at least, in comparison to her. “ In” she said with a confirmative nod and finished her drink quickly before she chucked the plastic cup at Shane’s forehead. Just moments later she was standing on a chair by the window and propping it open. Sure it had a small attachment so it didn’t open very far, so that was why they wanted her to do it. “ Dun dun dun.. dun nuh nuh… doodle ooo doodle oo doo doo” she sang out loudly, humming the mission impossible theme as she slid out the window. The thing about ‘sliding’ out of a window. When you go head first, you sort of land head first. “ Agghh” she screamed out laying against the ground. Something hurt. Well. Something should hurt. She could tell skin was torn somewhere but she was too fucking way past the point of feeling it or caring. “ …. NAILED IT!” she yelled out proudly as though she had accomplished something impressive. Not in the slightest. Kat slowly peeled herself off of the ground and brushed her clothes off before she knocked politely at the door. ‘ Passsswoorrdd’ Jack sang out on the other side. “ Let me in, Jack” she said, hitting her hand against the door harder. ‘ Tell everyone the truth about how we slept together and I’ll let you in without the password’ he said , and she was able to tell by his tone that he was smirking. “ Oh.. right.” she said with an nod. “ I guess I forgot since it didn’t last long. At all. And you’re incredibly tiny, I mean if you stuck a smurf next to a normal sized ma-“ she stopped, and smiled as Jack opened the door. “ Not funny.” he said before he stepped inside. “ Your package is funny.” she said, going inside. “ I neeeeed… a band aid,” she said with conviction before she headed to the back of the bus. Ooo lounge. Screw band-aid, she could lay down. And just like that she was sinking into a comfortable bliss where they were still a bunch of kids with literally no responsibilities. She lifted her head when she heard Matt come over and was searching for his shoes but at this point she was touching the tip of her nose with her left pointer finger, then with her right, left, right, left,… left, left, right. “ I used to lose my shoes so I made a song. My boots.. “ she said, lifting her legs into the air to look at her feet. No boots. They were lost again. “ DAMNIT!” she said, dropping her legs back down. “ Our shoes are gone” she said with despair. But when Matt told her to quit spinning she closed her eyes tightly, scrunching her nose and held onto everything near her to try and make everything stop. “ Ugh.. I’m so sorry… it’s not working..” she said, looking at him with a look, hoping he wouldn’t hate her for making everything spin like it was. But then she stopped. He needed a good look at her. The look of confusion was probably evident. Facial expressions were so hard to control when you were way wasted. “ Wait huh?” she asked, finally sitting up on her elbows to get a better look at Flyzik. He was so… cute. Seriously, look at him. If he was in the band, girls would flock to him like he was the knees bees. “ Knees bees..Bee’s knees..” she said quietly, scanning her eyes over him and gave a small sigh. He was hot, and focused, worked hard but still knew how to have a good time. He was everything that her lifestyle was, but then also had the perk of being able to but on a big boy hat and play adult for a few hours at work. For some reason, that was insanely attractive. Had her relationship with Shane really led her to expect more from relationships? To sort of like.. grow with a person? And what was the best way to celebrate maturing? Acting completely immature. Kat smiled slowly. They were drunk. He knew at this point she liked him. It was already going to be awkward anyways if he didn’t feel the same so she might as well go balls to the wall, right? She had jumped out of a window tonight. This was kids play. Kat sat up completely, moving her leg clumsily so that she could sit over his lap. Alright being sexy was difficult when you couldn’t straighten your arm out in front of yourself without feeling like you were about to wobble over. “ You could just.. spin with me,” she said with a shrug of her shoulder as though it was completely responsible. She looked down at what she was wearing and she knew how her next actions were going to be perceived, but it was the opposite. She was wearing a flannel shirt over her tank. And somewhere in that drunken mind of hers, Mackenzie’s voice broke through. Do not kiss a guy for the first time wearing flannel. She pulled it off quickly. Flannel gone, kiss on. Bannon approved. Kat sat up a little higher on her knees, resting her hands against his perfectly shaped jawline. She’d heard in a movie somewhere that the moment leading up to the kiss was always greater than the actual kiss. But they never got a chance to kiss Matt Flyzik. Besides any argument she had to not kiss him were blown away when her eyes lingered down to his lips and landed on his lip ring. Seriously how many times had she watched him mindlessly playing with it as he worked. How many times had she wanted to find out for herself what it was like to play with it. And it happened almost instantaneously in that moment, she lunged forward and pressed him back against the padding of the wall as she kissed him. ‘ For gods sake have some decency’ she could hear Zach’s voice saying into the lounge before she heard the door shutting, though she made no effort to move at all.

Natalie looked around the bus at the empty cups and bottles and knew she was having so much trouble thinking straight. Where had Zack gone? He was such a sexy piece of yum on a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and- what the hell was she saying? Don't just have the cake, eat it too, or something. Or lick the frosting off? Yeah that sounded good. Mmm. Cake. Wait, no. Mmm Zack. Yes, that was where she was going with that thought. How deliciously sexy he was. And yet so cute and fuzzy like a small critter. A chinchilla. He was soooo whats the word? He came off so innocent and pure. Made her look like a total skank, but hey maybe some of her skank could rub off on him. Or she could just figure out something to rub on him? She didn't know. But she was wondering just how innocent he really was, boy did not look like that and get by with the good boy act. She was determined to find his inner sexy. And she was thrilled when he came back, scooting over so he could sit down. Now, she was told that he was like a little forest animal and she should proceed slowly and with caution. So she was not touching him. But she could still talk to him right? "I just don't understand how your arm muscles are so big. I bet they are good for a lot of things." Yeah. Like, hooking up. Or moving furniture. "Maybe we can work out together sometime." she told him, moving closer to him, her hand grazing his thigh on accident so she pulled it away, "Sorry, I know, hands off." Besides, by working out she really wasn't implying going to the gym and lifting weights with him, but she was too drunk to explain.

Zack shook his head as he made his way back over to where Natalie was sitting. Some people. Making out on a tour bus like this was a Grateful Dead concert and they were all about to start an orgy. NO, sir. But this was the life of rock and roll, not the life of herpes, AIDS and all sorts of VD. Zack sat back down by Natalie, offering a small smile in her direction before he brought his drink to his lips and took a few more gulps. He looked down at his arms as she talked about them, saying she wasn’t sure how his muscles were so big. “ It’s just a combination of a high protein diet and a vigorous work out routine” he said nonchalantly before he looked back down at the contents of his cup. Alcohol, unnecessary sugars. Whatever he could burn them off. He wasn’t one of those people that exercised because he wanted to look a certain way. He did it because he just loved the feeling when he was doing it, no other reason. He could be flabby, fat and lazy and he’d still want to work out. “ We could, I bring my weights around.” he said at her offer to work out sometime. As soon as her hand grazed his thigh he tensed up instantly and brought the cup to his lips, taking as many gulps as he could before she quickly removed it. He wasn’t sure what to think. For one thing, she was hooking up with Rian. Another, she hadn’t ever really talked to him like this until tonight. They’d sat next to each other a lot and whatever, but come on… maybe it was the alcohol. “ I uh.. fresh air,” he said before he stood up from the couch and headed out of the tour bus, grabbing a bottle of whatever was left on the counter before he looked at Natalie and tilted his head towards the door to gesture for her to follow him. He wasn’t one for talking, but he figured they should. Well, atleast try. If he liked her, then she at least deserved some sort of explanation as to why he behaved a little bit differently than most guys, especially those in their lifestyle. When he stepped outside he made a confused face, spotting Kat’s boots laying beneath the window before he picked them up and tossed them back inside.

Matt sat watching Katy, as she tried to make everything stop spinning, but they both knew it was no use. Everything was spinning, kind of literally and metaphorically. Literally because he really did feel like he was spinning but he couldn't sort out if the bus was moving or if he was really tipping over...? Metaphorically speaking this whole night was spinning right out of control. And now things were spinning with Katy. He laughed slightly as she tried to grab onto whatever was near her to stop the spinning but it really was no use and before he knew it she had climbed onto his lap, telling him that they could spin together. "Well," Matt said quietly, his eyebrows slightly knitted together, "I think we already are. Spinning together. Everything is moving, but... you're not." Some where in hid brain that made sense but at the moment he really just couldn't quite understand his thought process. Or why she was removing her shirt, "Oh hang on... you don't have to-" but she'd already tossed it aside. Why was she taking off her clothes? Just because he knew how she felt about him, did that mean it was game on? Should he try to decide if he liked her too or just take it? But luckily for him, he was saved the extra thinking because as she leaned forward to kiss him he figured kissing was okay. Kissing was nice, he liked kissing. And Katy was a pretty.... and good at kissing... so he figured, game on. Until he pulled away, smiling slightly and looked at her quizzically, "Are you playing with my lip ring?" That was kind of hot. Girls dug the lip ring, always had. If Katy never had his attention before, she certainly had it now. And even through his mucked up, alcohol induced state, he could already tell that he'd be paying much more attention to her from now on probably.

Kat held onto him tightly, because quite honestly.. he was the more stable one right now. He was seated against a planted surface, she was seated against another drunken person. And it did feel like everything was spinning. The small thought that Mackenzie was on the bus and would , whether she wanted to or not, point out that both her and Flyzik were missing did pop into her head. But who cared about shit like that when you were making out with your boss? She was kind of surprised that he was such a good kisser. Really she didn’t know what his backstory was when it came to women, and when they were on tour most of the women threw themselves at the band. So she just either didn’t really pay very good attention to these girls if they were throwing themselves at him, or it just didn’t happen. Either way, she was pretty impressed to say the least and found herself frowning when he pulled away, half expecting him to scold her. But instead when he asked her if she was playing with his lip ring she slowly broke into a guilty smile. “ Well you always play with it..” she said matter of factly before adding, “ Didn’t anyone ever teach you how to share?” she asked giving just a small moment to look back into his eyes before she reached for ward and kissed him again. What were his lips made of , like nicotine? Something addictive, for sure. Kat pulled away slightly, moving her hands away from his jawline so that they rested on his chest. There was a lot to consider. He was her boss. They were on tour. He was best friends with her ex. Who was also on tour. On the bus. “ Maybe we’re just drunk..” she said quietly before she puffed out her cheeks and sighed. “ If anyone asks, and they will… we could say we were talking about work. And how you’re a jackass to me before set time. Coming on busses and yelling at me. “ she said playfully before she looked back up at him. She already wanted to kiss him again. What the hell was that? But no, she was probably right. He hadn’t given her a second glance before. And now he was drunk. That had to be the reason.

As Zack explained his work out regimen, Natalie was getting the feeling that wasn't really what she meant by working out together, but even as he talked about protein and what not all she could do really was stare at him and nod because he was so so good looking and she was trying to validate in her mind why exactly she hadn't ever really given him any second thoughts before, instead gravitating toward Rian. Probably because Rian was an easy target, he wasn't looking for a relationship and they both were on the same page about what that entire relationship consisted of. No confusing loose ends there. And Natalie had ALWAYS thought Zack was the better looking not only out of the pair of them, but out of pretty much everyone on the bus, even when Natalie had tagged along on tour last summer she thought so. But he was so, so quiet. And frankly she was so outgoing she always got the impression that he simply wanted nothing to do with her and since she got the feeling that her outgoingness made him uncomfortable, she'd always kind of just left him alone in his comfortable zone. Until tonight, she had no idea he even looked at her at all. And all this time he'd liked her and he hadn't said anything at all or even tried to get with her? It was odd, but kind of cute at the same time. Instead of coming off as completely ignoring her, he really was just quiet and kind of a gentleman. Interesting. "You know, that wasn't really the kind of work out I had in mind, unless you do that in the bedroom, I could give it a try. Or you know, if you lift weights, you could just lift me." She told him, watching his expression as he gulped down his drink, obviously uncomfortable that she'd touched his thigh by accident, which she really hadn't meant to do. Zack had stood up, indicating that he wanted to step outside, so Natalie stood up too, mumbling to herself, "Oooh guess were taking this outside..." though she doubted it'd anything thrilling as she might be hoping. Natalie headed off the bus, stepping aside so as to dodge Kat's shoes and then shut the door, going to stand near him, but not too close so he didn't freak out. She gave him a small smiled, though she really was confused about why they were out here. She knew he wasn't just trying to find privacy so they could make out or something, that just so wasn't Zack.

Logan was sitting on the couch, bottle of liquor in hand, Vinny sitting beside him, all about this heart to heart they were having. "Bro, its like, you both know that you aren't together, but you both want to be together. And you both know the other one kind of wants to be together. But at the same time, you aren't really sure, so neither of you are going to say it first, because you're afraid you might be wrong. Fuck, I should just start a career as a soap opera writer, I'll write it about your life!" Logan rolled his eyes. In a nutshell, that sounded mostly accurate but it took a hell of a lot of alcohol for Vin to work that out in his mind. Vinny had got up to go have a heart to heart with Jack and Logan turned around seeing Mack flop down on the couch beside him, watching Natalie get off the bus with Zack. Logan grinned at her, "Any thoughts?" he asked her and she shook her head. "Nope, no thoughts." She watched Logan, examining him closely, but didn't say anything. He felt like he was being analyzed. And he felt too drunk to tell himself that taking out his phone and texting Blake was probably not a good idea, but he didn it anyways, even under the watchful eyes of Mack who was trying so hard to not look at his phone screen but totally was leaning closer. He tipped the phone in her direction, showing her the tiny "<3" that he had typed and let her watch as he hit send. She offered him a small smile and sighed, and Logan added, "Trying not to give your thoughts on my situation huh?" She shook her head as Shane plopped down on her other side, sandwiching her in between them, "No, I'm trying not to point out that both Kat and Flyzik have been missing for quite some- ohh rats! I did it again," she dropped her head in her hands, and Shane and Logan both laughed and Shane said, "Point me in the right direction captain!" With out looking up, Mackenzie pointed at the back lounge door which was closed and Shane hopped up, yelling and ran at the door, flinging it open. "Hand check!"

Zack put his hands in his pockets and rocked back on his heels as he waited for Natalie to join him. He’d forgotten that it was a little chilly outside, but hopefully she wouldn’t mind. He didn’t really want to have this conversation in front of other people. But the cat was out of the bag so to speak so if he owed anyone explanations, it was Natalie he figured. He licked his lips as he looked down at her when she joined him and then looked back out at the sky. What he wanted to say had a lot of words. And he was trying his best to figure out how to put it in as few words as possible. He wasn’t like most guys. He wasn’t like most musicians. He didn’t hook up with girls just because he could. Girls that made the first moves frustrated him. He liked being able to take things slow, that way when he touched a girl she would know it was because he actually cared about her and not what her body felt like. He coughed before he opened his mouth a few times, like a fish out of water trying to find its breath. “ I don’t do flings,” he offered first. He wasn’t going to just hook up with a girl cause she wanted to hook up. And yeah, he was cautious about Natalie. She hooked up with Rian. He wasn’t going to be another guy she could just hook up with and chill out with on the bus later. Not how he rolled. He waited a few more moments before he added, “ Or a casual hook up” he said, to clarify his statement. What more could he say really? He was probably the least experienced in the band, having only slept with one girl and only kissed two, but that didn’t mean he didn’t know what he wanted.

Matt laughed when Katy tried to justify playing with his lip ring while kissing him, asking him if he'd been taught to share. Matt just shrugged and told her, "I don't share." But apparently she begged to differ as she leaned back in to kiss him again, so he did what any guy would do when a pretty girl decided to kiss him, he kissed her back, letting his hands find her waist, holding her gently but firmly at the same time. If you had told him yesterday he'd be making out with her today he'd have looked at you like you must've been smoking something, but it wasn't that far out there. Given the chance, she could really be someone he'd be into, someone that might actually be what he looked for. He'd never seen that before in her, the things he liked, because he'd never looked. She had been with Shane, it made her off limits there for a while. But in his drunk mind he had a feeling that at this point int time Shane would probably tell him she was fair game, which really was cool because he hadn't expected to be this into her. Could be the alcohol, but maybe it wasn't. Kat had even voiced this notion, having pulled away again, saying maybe they were just drunk, implying that they were just being silly or irresponsible. She said if anyone came in, they could just lie about what they had been up to. Matt shrugged once more, "Or they could just see for them self and we wouldn't have to explain anything at all." With that he pulled her back in, his lips barely pressing softly against hers when the door was flung open and Shane had yelled hand check. Matt pulled away from her out of pure reflexes, throwing her off of him onto the couch next to him. They probably looked guilty as fuck and were definitely caught in the act. Shane gasped playfully, "Good god, at least you still have clothes on!" Matt sighed, picking up a pillow next to him on the couch and threw it at Shane who was too drunk to dodge it and just laughed out loud when it hit him square in the face and he fell over back wards, lying on the floor and laughing. Matt looked at Kat, his eyebrows raised, unsure what they were supposed to do know, except she probably thought he was crazy for just tossing her off like that, but he couldn't help like feeling as if they were little kids stealing from the cookie jar and got caught in the act and the first instinct is to just drop the cookie and put your hands up, right?

Natalie wasn't sure what it was that Zack had to say though she didn't think it'd be much because he hardly ever spoke to begin with so she couldn't see this as a conversation that would take long anyways. Maybe he was going to tell her t was just a mistake and he was really only staring at her earlier that day because she had something in her teeth. Or maybe he was going to confess that he was gay. NO. That would be unacceptable. For sure. She'd make it her personal mission to straighten him out if that were the case. But instead Zack just started off by stating that he didn't do flings. Okay. That made sense, she'd never seen him have a fling, ever. She nodded slightly, "Ohhkayy.." waiting to see if he had more to say. She waited expectantly, knowing that expecting more of an explanation was really kind of silly on her part. But he did add one more thing and that was that he didn't do casually hook ups. She took a deep breath, saying more definitively, because she figured that was basically the extent of his conversation, "Okay." She paused, clasping her hands together in front of her, squeezing her arms to her sides. Chilly outside. "I understand. That's... cool." She offered him a meager smile, maybe he had one more thing to add? "I mean, really, I get it. You have your... pace that you do things." She shrugged. "I think I could... slow... down..." she looked at him, unsure if that was what he was implying. Maybe this was his way of saying he wasn't interested, so it didn't matter that she thought she could do things at his pace.

Blake laid in bed trying to be as quiet as she possibly could. Kenzie had finally settled down and was sleeping in the playpen turned makeshift crib that Blake had brought with her. Sleeping in a new place was hard for infants and she’d thrown her share of a fit. But now Blake was just laying in bed, staring out through the small space of window that was showing the lights of the city. Somewhere out there was Logan, whether he had stayed on the bus or hadn’t. It was sort of difficult, being in the same city with him and not actually being with him. He’d had this whole journey he had to go on, and she made a vow. She would be by him for better and for worse. But in order for him to go through what he had to – she had to take away the title of his ‘wife’. He needed to be on his own, to discover what he wanted. And she prayed to God that it was her- but not only that, but she prayed to God that it was something he knew without a doubt this time was what he wanted, so he didn’t have to second guess, and could just be happy with her. She didn’t want him for her own selfish reasons only, though she did have her own selfish reasons. But she did want him to be happy. Whatever that meant. Blake looked over at her night stand as her phone lit up since it was on silent for Kenzie’s sake. Blake sat up on her elbow, reaching out for the phone as slowly as she could before she brought it to her eyesight. Logan. Blake unlocked her phone and went to the message. Two little symbols put together to make a heart and instantly there was a small smile on her face. Maybe he was drunk. But when you were drunk wasn’t it easier to go for what your heart really wanted? Blake set the phone down and closed her eyes, bringing her hands up to her face tiredly as she ran her fingers over her eyes. She loved him. He wasn’t hurts. They had clearly hurt each other. She didn’t want him to send her things like that unless he made up his mind, unless he was ready to come home. But she didn’t want to leave him hanging. She wasn’t ready to take him back – primarily because she wasn’t convinced he was ready to come back. But she didn’t want to shut off communication with him completely. Blake moved her legs out from the sheets slowly and picked up her phone before walking over to where Kenzie was sleeping. After taking a quick picture she sent it to Logan, figuring he was probably passed out at this point- or just getting started.
